    Hi Everybody!

    I´m writing from Peru. We are enjoying an awesome time with my family and friends. Yesterday was my B-day so as you can imagine I had a great time. We are eating so much, I really missed peruvian food :thumbs: . The weather is a little cool but doesn´t matter. Tomorrow we are having a huge b-day celebration for me, I promise some pictures.

    And the best part, we just found out that we are pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:

    Brian please tell Isa that she is going to be an auntie!!!

    We ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY, Sil was in shock but I had a feeling...

    My case is finally approved on 8/11, for both I129F and I130.

    I still dont understand why approvals for fiancees are faster than spouses ones...we are married and miss so much our loves...anyway I wish luck for all of us married and singles VSC filers... :star::star:

    Seems VSC is moving now...I'm still praying to be with my love soon...

    Hello VJ's

    I wonder if my husnband can file the peticion for my children after we be living in US??....or there are some rules about the time to peticion for children and stepchildren....

    I want to know what I should do with the GS-325A form for my children, in the part of sign, they are 9 and 5 years old, so this part should be let in blank? or I should sign the form for they??....

    Also, I have 3 children, I need to get ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for all of them separately??..I mean Original Birth Certificate + Original married Certificate for each one???? or just ONE ORIGINAL for my 3 children??...

    Not sure how to explain this but I just got an e-mail stating my I-130 has been approved, I had filed July 28th. Talk about fast.

    Hi Jaime..my husband received the NOA1 hard copy in July 28, i dont know if the check was cashed, i will ask my husband about that...I am from Trujillo, it is a city located in the northern of Peru, close to the Pacific Ocean.

    I hope everything work out good and soon for all us VJ's...I miss my husband so much..

    Hi Susita and Jaime......I am married with a sweet american man too...you girls should visit Macchu Picchu, it is amazing!!!!...we went there in our honeymoon, and we spent the best 6 days in our lifes so far....

    We filled the I-130 in the same month so looks like our time lines will be very similar!! Good luck to both of us :thumbs: Have they cashed your check yet? I had a problem with my address so I can't track my I-130 until they cash it :crying: My husband and I are thinking of going there or to Bolivia to visit some family this Christmas. Are you from Lima?

    Hi July filers...I am still waiting receipt mail notification... :( ....my husband called his bank and the check is not still cashed, ... we are waiting for some news, could be acceptation or maybe it was rejected for any reason, but God..we want to know something...anyway we are still praying to be together soon...I miss my sweet husband so much... :crying:

    Yes one package of all documnets for each. When my step kids went to the interview, I had only sent one copy of 2005 and 2006 taxes. Husband had to go and make a copy as the CO wanted one copy for each file. Better to make all the packages as individual so as not to have any problems in the end.

    3 Police Records In Peru

    Hi....

    let me try it again....

    1.- CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES PENALES....this is requiered to know if you were in jail, the web site i sent you INPE is for this certificate...if she try to get it in Iquitos it will take more than 1 month (probably 2)...it is better to get it in Lima.

    2.- CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES JUDICIALES A NIVEL NACIONAL....it is requiered to know if you have a judicial sentence...it i got it in 1 day here in my city Trujillo, it's easy to get it, she has to pay 53 soles in "Banco de la Nacion" and go to the PODER JUDICIAL office and fill a form, they will take a picture (well, at least here they do).

    3.- CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES POLICIALES....it is to know if you have policial antecedents..for this she should go to the "Division de Criminalistica de la Policia" in Iquitos...they are going to take her fingerprints plus ODONTOGRAMA...I got it after 2 weeks, because these certificates must go to Lima and then back to Iquitos...

    * I got VIAJE AL EXTRANJERO....

    She can get all of them now, but i suggest you wait because the #1 lasting just 3 months....

    Hi Msmuth...she can get all her certificates in Iquitos, ...#1 just 1 day....#2 two weeks...but the #3 could take more than 1 month if she try to obtein it there...I suggest you, if she has a relative in Lima, she can pay the fee (29.77...but she could call first to know the exact fee) and send the receipt, 1 passport picture and a Notarized Letter giving her realtive authorization to get the Certificate..in Lima it takes just 5 days...

    www.inpe.gob.pe...this is the web site of INPE...you can get all the information there..(in Spanish)

    Also, the #3 is just for 3 months...
