    This means NVC accepted my DS 3032????'

    Good Afternoon,

    Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

    I have a question for all you ...I have a friend who is US now, he wants to file a petition for his Mom and his little brother, but reading the Uscis web site, for his little brother is not the same time as for his Mom...NOw he is worried because there are nobody to take care of the little boy if his Mom go to US...

    He is going to file the I-130 for both, but Do you think he can Expedite his Brother's case in order to get the appoval for both at same time?? because his Mom has no one to help her with the little boy who is 10 years old.

    Any advice will be great...

    I received notice that I was sent and REF notice in the mail on 1/09, I almost had a nervous breakdown :crying: , it feels like i have been waiting forever to get this approved and now I'm waiting for the mail to come. My question is if I filed all the paperwork need for my I130, what do you think they want from me? Im sitting here going through everything and just would like the hear from other people that have had the same exprience. Does anyone have any ideas, so i can prepare myself.

    Hi Ebonieyez1,

    We have received a RFE too...and it was that they were requesting for the copy of our Marriage Certificate...yesss..they lost it, because we sent it the first time, and another VJ got a RFE requesting passport photos and G-325A again.....anyway, nobody knows what they are request for until you get the letter from Uscis..

    Hi,

    look at this site.....you will find the information...Emailing DS-3032

    I read a post....

    DS3032: applies to the CR1 track. You don't have to give yourself headache to print that barcode, just write the case number on top of the signed form and mail it to NVC (this is what I did). you can confirm this with NVC operator. Once you pay online, usually the day after you can print the coversheet barcode that you will need to send with the required documents. In MHO, no need to stress out using a barcode generator. Hopefully this helps.

    * A certified copy of a birth certificate.

    * A baptismal record (the date of birth of the applicant must appear on this record).

    * A valid foreign passport.

    * U.S. naturalization papers.

    * A valid U.S. resident alien card.

    * A life insurance policy, which has been in effect for one (1) year (the applicant’s date of birth must appear on the document).

    * All consulate identification cards. Affidavits are not acceptable.

    I have a question...we got a RFE, and my husband told me they want our marriage certificate....but we SENT IT with the file for the I-130...maybe it got lost when our file was transfered??...my husband will scann the letterto me to know exactly what they want...but if they want the Marriage Certificate (which has an Official Translation)...Should my husband send the Original one or just another copy??....I need some advice please....

    Hi Mr. Bill,

    Few weeks ago i asked about the same question...Have my ex-husband to sign a letter to permit my kids leave Peru?....and YES...he has...but now your fiancee and her daughter's father can go to any Notary and get a " Autorizacion para Viaje de Menores al Exterior", it costs 35 soles and you can get it inmediately, you dont need an attorney if he is agree with sign the permission..just must be present both parents, with their DNI original and copy and that's all...I know that because i went to the Notary and got the requirements...I hope this helps you...

    We Latinos have a lot of "wives tales", but as we said.."grandma tales"...i remember my grandmother screaming us (my sister and I) when we wanted take a shower during our period time..or eating a food with lemon juice because it could stop our period and we will "retain" blood in our heads.... :wacko::blink::dead: ...LOL...
