  1. Hello Vj's,

My Daughter is a Permanent Resident, once she got her card she had to come back to Peru to finish her studies at University, my question is...CAN SHE STAY THERE FOR LESS THAN 1 YEAR AND COME BACK TO USA WITH ANY PROBLEM???...she left USA last Aug 22nd..or maybe she has to come back before 6 months, you know the economical situation is not good enough to buy plane tickets every 6 months. She will be finishing University next year Dec 2011..

Another question. can I file an RE-ENTRY PERMIT beening my daughter in Peru??? is that possible???

All answer will be really appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

  4. Hi VJ...

I guess i made a mistake...my husband was in the hospital post-surgery and i got the AOS BILL for my daughter's petition that my husband filed...and now I got this email...

The U.S. Department of State's online Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center has been utilized to pay the fees associated with the immigrant visa application of PRINCIPAL APPLICANT NAME NOT FOUND. Your copy of the receipt is attached to this email in a PDF file.

    WHAT CAN I DO NOW???

Will be my paid REJECTED?? In the receipt appears my name because i paid it using my checking account but it has my married name on it....omg, I hope it wouldnt be a nightmare...well, at least it is just $70 and not the 400....

  5. Hi Vj's

I am now in US with my USC husband...he wants to file for my daughter who is 19 years old now, she was 17 years old when we got married. So, we are wondering if my husband and my daughter need to fill the G-325A form???

Also, I have another question, I have read that we need to send a copy of my NOA2, but my husband NEVER RECEIVED the mail with this NOA2 hardcopy. Should I send a copy of my passport showing my Visa??? because so far, I am living 3 weeks in US and i have not received SSC nor Green Card neither Welcome letter. I am just waiting, but this Friday i will go to Social security Office to apply in person.

This is what we are going to send:

    -I-130 Form

    -Daughter's birth certificate

    -my marriage certificate

-divorce decrees (mine and my husband)

-G-325A forms signed for my husband and my daughter(8 pages in total)

    -Pictures (2)

-copy of my passport showing my Visa

-copy of email showing the letter that USCIS sent to me with my approval notification

What else should we send?? or will we not need some of the items describes above???

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP..

  8. Hi JOse V,

I guess you should read the Guides about K1 Visa...but i can tell you your fiance has to get CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES POLICIALES, CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES JUDICIALES Y CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES CRIMINALES ...also, you have to send to her your 3 last years Tax Return, including 2008, and the Form for Affidavit of Support i guess it is the I- 134....tell your fiance she has to be ready with your EVIDENCE it means...pictures of you together, emails, letters, crads..all that means you both have a good relationship....

    I hope it helps you...

    Good luck...

  9. hola MKCT

    Suerteee

  10. HI Troy,

Im so sorry what is happening now, well, I should tell you that those words are not a "cultural" expresion...also, as other friends here said, it depends of the tone too...but, to me they sound rude..im so sorry because I know how much you did to brought her with you...Did you talk with her about this??..Communication is the key...

    I wish you the best...

  11. I had done my interview today (CR1) and I am approved, after the weekend I have back my passport!

The guy only asked me 2 questions, -Where did you meet your husband and when did you marry him?... After 10 minutes I was on my back out from the embassy! They never asked for any proofs either.

Now the visa process its over for this time. Thanks VJ friends for all support! I’m going to celebrate with a weekend in the mountain and skiing. My husband come to Sweden next week and we are going to have some vacation in Scandinavia before I leave.

    Good luck friends!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!

I wish you the best....Happines forever!!!!

  12. Hi,

MMR is not required for adults, here in Peru we got MMR being a child, Hepatitis B and Tetanus you can get it in any hospital for free ..if your wife is less than 27 years old, she will need HUman Papiloma Virus ....not required for women older than 27...it is the expensive one, because you have to get in a private consultation...

About Varicella, if she got it being a child (almost all peruvians got it) she will show at least one scar, so no problem with this neither.

Tell your wife if she can get her Vaccinations Card or if she can talk with her doctor family to make a new one for her, she should do it....I will do that, just in case...
