Hello everyone, in light of the emergency Immigration Memo manifest law that pauses application from this list of countries:
Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen,
June, are Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela.
I was wondering If My wife and I should wait before submitting our application of the I-130 form until things clear out.
She is a US citizen and we are living in other country but we were about to send our application when this news broke.
Maybe this doesn't apply to the new applicants? And only affects the ongoing applications and the green cards already issued?
