Hello, I submitted my DS-160 and I want to book an appointment with the new system AVITS but I am stuck at the very beginning of my profile information, more specifically stuck in my National Identification Number (I am Moroccan living in Senegal), My number starts with BE, nut I cannot write the letter B, only E. Tired with E alone, I tried with just the numbers nothing works. Anyone went through this I find a solution ? Also I am unable to create a ticket for support :(
