    Just filed. Timeline: Feb 13 2025 – submitted case online, Feb 13 2025 – received NOA1 with case #, Feb 13 2025 – received biometric reuse letter. Application background: We have been married for 10 years. I am a British citizen. My wife is an American citizen. We decided to live in the UK for 5 yrs. When we moved here, 3 yrs ago I got unconditional 10 yr GC from the get-go. No criminal history, no children, and we both have executive-level jobs. I work for a police department (not a cop).

    So, we have been married for 10 years. I am a British citizen. My wife is an American citizen. But, we chose to live in the UK for 5 yrs. Is there any possibility that our biometrics will be waived OR the interview will be waived? Many thanks.
