I was just getting my documents ready to send in the I-129F for the K3 visa and I saw on the checklist on this site, it said to send the transfer notice and the NOA1. Does that come at different times or does it come together in the mail? Meaning if i get the NOA1 in the mail, then do i have to wait to get the transfer notice as well to be able to send in the I-129F?

well i spoke to a laywer about this and she said that if the marriage is legal in the country in which you marry, then U.s can not say anything b/c i didnt get married in the us.

My question is that when the interviewer in islamabad ask how we both met, will it be a problem when he tells them that we are cousins? but the marriage isnt fake at all. We have been together for 5 years now and have all emails, phone cards and all prooof that its a genuine relationship. Please help

Well right now i sent it to the Chicago Lockbox, but i think it should be going to Vermont. So, is that a bad thing if it is going to the Vermont Sevice Center? Yes, i will definitely start a timeline.

Well fast meaning in getting the receipt in 2 weeks is pretty good, so you can atleast send the I-129F. Then from there i guess it goes slow.

Actually let me ask you, on these type of forms, can you white out something and write over it? or is that a problem for the uscis?

I thought instead of writing indian next to nationality number, i can just white it out and put the actual nationality instead, do you think thats a problem?

My question is on the g-325a form where it states Citizenship/Nationality, i thought it was referring to put a nationality number, not the acutual nationality like "Indian". So my question is that since my husband signed his and lives far away, can i keep his form like this and just put a / and then put indian next to his nationality number?

Yes, just write "Indian" in or near the available space.

If you want an immigrant visa, don't file an I-129F for spouse.

But isnt filing the I-129F for spouse a faster way for you two to be together, even though the processing isnt complete and they can just complete it when they join you in the U.S?
