  1. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/expedite-requests Uploaded a letter of explanation as to why I required it and the key travel dates etc. Also needed to upload a letter of support, in this case from a foreign company stating my need to for immediate travel.
  2. Finally! Interview scheduled for next week at the Los Angeles field office. Had requested expedited scheduling on the 28th of May, action was taken on 9th of June. Called each week and was told I would be contacted by Tier 2, never was. Used a JSON I’d never seen before for processing times on Friday which showed that an interview had been scheduled with a countdown of 6 days. There was no confirmation of this on the USCIS panel, no letter had been received and no action had been taken using the JSON for case service. Took the code from the links below and fed it into ChatGPT for the breakdown. Hope this helps others. 3. Ultimately you just have to wait, but it staves off a little boredom, frustration and provides some hope (false or otherwise) 😂
  4. Anyone care to share their wait time between interview being scheduled and the actual date of interview? Application received Jan 21st, actively reviewed since Feb 5th, but no action since March 5th on the API. ChatGPT has thrown out various estimations with data from Case status tracker. Curious as to how accurate it will ultimately be.
  5. Do you remember the date it was listed as being “actively reviewed? I hope I’m right behind this 🙏
  6. Just to clarify this for anyone filing. A few hours before speaking to an agent on the phone, I used the message service on USCIS to request an access code. The agent gave me the correct access code, it was the same one that arrived in the mail a day later, however this code had been reset due to my message request which is why it no longer worked.
  7. Received the new access code via email after requesting it online yesterday. Case added to online account, biometrics reused and now awaiting interview scheduling. Noticed two inbound letters from USCIS arriving today. May be the access code and notification of reused biometrics. Will update.
  8. Yes, month/day/year. The account is now locked for 20 mins due too many incorrect tries (entering same info). Is the access code case-sensitive?
  9. No, I am a foreign national with a GC for 5 years. The last case listed on my USCIS account was for removal of conditions.
  10. I called the USCIS hotline, got through to an agent by saying I wanted to update details. Agent gave me an access code but it’s not adding to my account. May not be the latest code?
  11. The letter was a I-797 | Notice of Action USCIS Received Date: 21 Jan 2025 Notice Date: 05 Feb 2025. Although the letter contained a receipt number and my USCIS Online Account number, I was unable to add this case to my existing online account as there was no access code on the letter. Positive side is that this was received and processed within two weeks. ”Thank you for submitting your application, petition, or request. Our office is currently processing it. 12. Received mail from UCSIS today 8th of Feb. Annoyingly have lost mailbox key so in suspense as to what it says. Seems to be at a similar speed to @ODATT as our paper applications were received within days of each other.
