my wife who lives in india, and want to know that can i send DS 3032 form from US to NVC, or does she have to email to NVC, or mail it from India to NVC? she is going to scan DS 3032 form and sign it and then send it to me.

Sure, it doesn't say it has to come from India.

I am the foreign spouse, but I have done all the correspondences with NVC on behalf of my husband since I have more free time right now compare to him. I just created a common email account and sent all the email correspondences ( i.e. expedite request, amendment of errors) to NVC from that email account.

Gaurav this is what i did for our DS-3032, when nvc mailed me a copy of the DS-3032 i scanned it and emailed my wife that form then she printed it out n signed it and scanned/emailed me back. so once i had the signed ds-3032 in my email i printed it out n mailed to NVC...went through without problem.

this is also what i did.. and also do an overnight mail to nvc for all documents.. to be safe and to speed up the process.

getting a PCC is different in every state and it would depend on the passport office on how they process it,for my wife she got her pcc from surat and it was all done in 15 days. even for local pcc from police station in Navsari.

I have seen your time line your case got complete on 29 July and your interview date is 9 September .After 42 days of case complete.

if this calculation is right hope i will also get the interview date for Sep end

NVC will forward my case to Delhi consulate as i m from Delhi .Do you still think that i will get my interview date for Oct 2nd week

I could have gotten an August date, due to an RFE for my DS 230, my case complete got delayed by 3 weeks. So that why I got an sept date. and best of luck for the interivew

I did not expect my case to mailed to embassy until next week, as I got the interview date on Thursday 1ug 14 for sept 9 and today i checked the automated system and said my case is no the way to mumbai on aug 14.

so they mailed my case the case day they assigned my interview date

My husband is coming to meet me from 10 sep - 1 Oct . .If i get interview date for Sept. end , then he can also accompany me at the time of my interview .....

Getting an Sept date now is impossible from, NVC as the Aug 15 is the deadline for sept interviews and the only way you could get is by emailing the consulate and see if they have am opening. and also NVC takes a week to do case complete and they only schedule interview during the first 2 weeks of each month, so most probably you would get a first week of Oct for interview date.
