    It’s good to have lots of evidence but yours is a bit excessive and more importantly, redundant. You could definitely reduce the statement (bank, credit, bills etc) frequency to once statement per calendar quarter going back 2 years. That’s enough. Also I have read online that utility (gas, electric, trash etc) statements only matter if BOTH spouses names appear on the statement. If the statements are only in one spouse’s name, they generally will discount those. The other poster is right about I-485 notices, they’re not required, in fact your I-751 wouldn’t even be accepted unless you’re already LPR.

    Good to know! Mine was received on 1/15. Did not get a text (despite attaching a G-1145) but I did receive an email re “An Action Has Been Taken” so I logged in and checked that the case had been added to my account the night of 1/17. Have not had the payment debited yet, expecting it to happen sometime early next week (personal check). Keep us posted when the receipt/biometric documents appear on your end. Mine has no documents so far, only says “Case was received and a receipt was sent”.

    This wholly depends on *why* the original I-751 was denied. If it was denied on merits, then no future I-130 with you as a beneficiary can be approved and you’ll be deemed inadmissible. But yes, you can resubmit I-751 however if your original I-751 was denied on merits, you’re probably better off arguing for wrongful denial in immigration court.
