    I am a us citizen and my husband is a Canadian citizen. I’ve updated my timeline as much as I can. I submitted the I-130 in October of 2023 and nothing since. Our lawyer just submitted an inquiry since it’s now officially outside of processing times.

    Join the club! We submitted our I-130 on 10/13/2023, received on 10/28/2023, and haven’t heard anything since. Our lawyer doesn’t know why, and the documents we had ready now have to be redone. We keep on hoping…
