  1. Unfortunately I cannot. My wife did create a MyUSCIS account but when I try to add the cases for her it's asking for the online code that's in the mail. Going to check my mail soon to see if I get but they only mailed out my notice on 1/31/2025 so it might be awhile still.
  2. Yeah. But its for my wife so it will be worth it in the end when it's all said and done. 🥰 I'm still waiting for my NOA with the appointment date to arrive but checking the case status it does show her appointment has been set though if they ask me to go farther than Hawaii for her biometrics I'm gonna ask USCIS to reimburse me 🤣
  3. When my wife has to go we have to go to Honolulu which is in my state but since I live in a neighboring island I have to take a $300 plane ride probably another $300 hotel room and either Lyft or Uber for probably the same 10 min visit lol.
  4. Also happened to me as well. Was about 2 business weeks (14 business days) before the Phoenix Lockbox responsed but everything was good this time. Hope everything goes well and quickly for you.
  5. Also too my NOA for my wife were sent out before the checks were cashed. NOA was sent on 1/31/2025 but the checks cashed did not show up in my bank account till today and was dated 2/3/2025 as cashed via ETF. Did you have enough funds for them for the checks to clear?
  6. This is how I wrote my two checks for USCIS for reference:
  7. USCIS just cashed my checks for the I-485 and I-765 today and I was told via agent from live chat they mailed my notices on 1/31/2025. :).
  8. Update today, Wife received a text saying her case was received. Only thing is the forms were delievered on Jan 11 2025 via USPS and yet looking at the case number it says on Jan 10 2025 they received it lol. Phoenix Lockbox was were her forms were sent
  9. Mine wasn’t RFE pre say. It was returned to me due to it being misfiled aka I forgot to attach one paper to my original filing. I am assuming because of that thats why no updates yet though talking to some other people who recently sent their 485 in and some sent to the Phoenix lockbox they say could take up 3 to 6 weeks before any updates. At the time of writing only been 12 business days and end of this week would be about three weeks so i just have to wait for now.
  10. Still waiting on any status updates. :(. No checks were cashed yet and no updates from USCIS either.
  11. @AsercHaven't received any notification nor were my checks cashed. Also checked my post office in case they sent anything back but they did not. I tried to ASK Emma on site but was told via a live agent it can take up to 30 business days (6 days so far at the time of writing) before anything happens. Though this is the second time I had to send in the forms because I forgot to put 1 paper and and it was sent back and I was asked to put a paper from them about refiling and make sure to put it on top so perhaps that's what may be causing a slight delay in my update for my filing? On the 1 hand I'm glad nothing got sent back this time for now, but now just the waiting without knowing any updates is stressing me lol.
  12. @Aserc If you filed your paperwork and paid the fees via check did they already cash the check?
  13. I see. Unfortunately me and my wife did not receive any text from USCIS that they received it. Hopefully everything goes well for you and hopefully I will hear something soon for my AOS for the wife.
  14. When did you receive your text? I actually have not received any text yet.
  15. Sent my AOS for my wife on Jan 3 2025 and arrived on Jan 11 2025 at the Phoenix Lockbox via USPS (Had to sent again due to a missing paper :(. ). Still no response or cashed check yet. (Only been 5 business days at the time of writing) Was a little stressed because the first time I sent it was only 5 days before they sent it back but USPS making me stress because the first AOS that was sent was delivered at 85036 but my fixed AOS was delivered at 85034. Hoping that isn't an issue. I know they have 30 business days to respond but hoping for the best. I did fill out the paperwork for them to email or text with notifications but I also heard even if you fill it out sometimes they don't do it anyhow.
  16. Outside the arrival area. Since you cannot go in the baggage area to meet people.
  17. I live in Hawaii too. Had my fiancee (now wife) arrive this October. I went to Honolulu and meet her outside after arrival. If I remember correctly it was a bit over an hour from disembarking from the plane, going through customs, and meeting her outside. After we took another plane to get to my island and since then everything has been good.
  18. Hello, I just saw how to check other timelines so i was looking at some of them. I did update my timeline with most of the proper dates for relevant paperwork. Doesn't look too bad but again I am aware all timelines can be different for a few reasons. Thank you to all that replied.
  19. Hello all, I recently married my fiancee (now wife) after her arrival in the US with her K1 visa and just sent all the paperwork (I-486, I-765, and I-864) that I should need today. Not too worried as I am 99% sure I filled everything out correctly and sent the evidence and payments that were needed. I wanted to send everything out before the 90 days and was just wondering peoples experiences with next step with this process. I had to send mine to the Phoenix Lockbox so if anyone had to send theirs there would greatly appreciate it. I did send it via USPS priority express (just to make sure it got there) and since its the holiday season I don't expect too much on the beginning of my processing. Just wanted to see people good and bad experiences and time frames for everyone. Thank you to everyone who replies. Matt
  20. Hello all, Recently had my fiancee K1 visa approved and she will be coming here to the USA next month. I just had some questions on the process and filing of all related paperwork. What forms should I file and in what order so that she is able to legal stay and would be able to work as soon as she is legally allowed to? I am aware of the forms I-130 and I-485 but I wanted to make sure I am correctly filling them within the correct time frames and in the proper order. Also how are the fees for filing? Appreciate all advice and help from everyone. Thank you, Matt
  21. Hello all. Trying to buy a ticket for my fiancee now. Using Philippines airlines and they asking in the part of Visa document: Government that issued the document. Would that be the US or Philippines? Has a drop down option so the only 2 logical ones would be either US or Philippines. Also is there any other fees or costs besides the usually getting foods and drinks and such at the airport? She will be flying out of Manila. Thank you to all.
  22. My fiancée had her interview on August 27. I am happy to say her interview was a success and now getting ready to have her arrive in the US for our future togther. 😊
  23. Quick question everyone. When or if did you fill out a I-134 form?
  24. So we scheduled the medical on July 17th. I will actually be visiting her next week so hopeful her medical goes well. 😊
