It all goes electronically to the embassy.  K1's and any other non-immigrant category that requires a medical still get yellow packets in Manila.   Those people should get it when they receive their passport with visa.  For CR,IR, Fx and any other immigrant categories it's all electronic.

They forward the medical to the embassy in Manila. Lowers the risk of shenanigans. 😉 The sealed envelope may or may not come after visa approval. Depending on if your one of the lucky ones that gets a digital record.

I thought everything was digital now, I had film which I duly brought and basically it is a souvenir, chucked it a few moves ago.
