Can anyone confirm that SLEC is not doing X-Ray anymore for TB testing and is now going to use IGRA TB testing instead? My Pinay won't be taking the medical until later this year, just would like to know what's up with this news... if I have to pay more it would be nice if the x-ray was not required anymore. -
Ah OK, we will wait then until the status is "ready". How long is the wait for an embassy appointments these days?

SLEC lists the required docs here: https://slec.ph/registration/us/visa-applicant.php I have read conflicting information on whether the "Visa Interview Appointment Letter – one (1) photocopy" is actually required. Can my Pinay fiance take the medical exam without this document? The context is in regards to advice I have read about making the medical exam appointment while the NVC status is "in transit". Thanks
