JJJet reacted to Dashinka in Visa verbally approved however "Rejected" in the tracking system
They use the term “Refused” to essentially say the application is still pending, and “Administrative Processing” to show they are actually working on something. Refused does not mean Denied, and hopefully the Consulate will change it to Issued soon.

Hi OldUser. I'm an airline crew , hence the C/D's VISAs are a must for any non US passport holders/GC. And yeah, other nationality dully stated ....
