    Hi Beth,

    It is not over yet, I think they are keeping the passport because they might issue a VISA. You do have to know that since he is living in France on a VISA it may be a factor here. Whatever it is, God will take control. I am scared now since we have similar case with previous divorce but I am hopeful at the same time trusting that the lord will turn things arround for you.
