  1. I've been tracking cases in and around my case's numerical range, and going back from Mar 2023 to July 2023 in case created ranges. Many over the last week or so have gotten good news, and things are moving positively generally.
  2. So happy for you!! Congrats! We had sent the passport to their old address (but seems to have been mail forwarded to their new one), delivered this past Tuesday to the consulate. Still waiting on medical results to be sent to them. Hopefully it moves fast for us and anyone else waiting/in AP. I've noticed A LOT of approvals/updates on cases I've been tracking randomly on the side
  3. Yeah we sent it today. Didn't realize address changed, but I assume they have mail forwarding set up anyway. And yeah the Canada post clerk told us we need a QR code or to pay, so just paid. I guess AIS hasn't updated with a QR code or something, oh well.
  4. We just sent to the 955 one. I suspect they added a new mail room, probably getting flooded with letters or things ramping up and they need the file space.
  5. Speaking of - @Daft_Cat have you gotten the passport back yet? Trying to get an idea of how long when everything is sent that they send it back to you.. The spreadsheet seems all over the place.
  6. So my spouse got an email from the usvisainfo email saying the consulate needs so and so. And then we got a reply to an email I sent on March 28 with the same message in that other email. So it wasn't a new email necessarily, just weird. But can confirm if they contact you to ask for it the case last updated changes.
  7. Correct - we were only asked for a CV. Suspicion is a TAL thing, and thus an SAO Mantis check.
  8. We had an update yesterday and sure enough another today with an email from the consulate to redo medical and send the passport (and 2 passport photos) 😭😭😭 There is hope! The pattern of more regular updates leading to an email from the consulate seems to be legit.
  9. Sent one to the president, VP, and the "help with federal agency". Like @Canucklehead is saying, this process is so unbelievably broken. Something has to change
  10. Another update today, last two were Monday 4/8 and 4/15. Expected one yesterday so it follows the weekly on Monday, but didn't happen, though it updated today. Still nothing from the consulate (and my email is still unanswered that was sent on March 28). 🤷🏽‍♂️
  11. I had emailed consulate and gotten no reply about this, but... Does anyone know what steps to take to update documentation/destination address (for SSN and Green cards) if the sponsor/petitioner moves while we're in AP? Do you need to contact NVC, USCIS, and the consulate? Specific forms? Maybe nothing until you cross the border? Thankfully consulate isn't replying to confirm my research 🫥
  12. Wife and I are likely SAO (only CV requested). Approaching 6 month point since interview. If there's one thing I learned in this process it's that there's really no logic or pattern to any of this. Things move when they move, and it's anyone's guess. However there's been a very evident increase in requests for medical/approvals. Maybe things are finally improving?
  13. Have you tried going through a congressperson? Seems they always can get a reply, albeit the generic no info kind..
  14. Great sign! Means they're ready to issue the visa. Congrats! May I ask if when you received word from them, did the last updated date change on your case? And was she given a DS-5535 or just asked for a CV?
  15. So we had sent an email on March 28th with a valid question (not just asking for an update), and for the first time since we've been inquiring we haven't gotten a reply yet, and I assume won't at all. Interesting.. Our 180 day point is early May, so I'm hoping they'd reply if it gets to that.
