    well I'm currently waiting inline for interview date from consulate after NVC DQ, which I'm being told wait time to receive a interview letter/ date is currently 18 months. How is everybody else doing with timelines?

    Is there anyone that is currently waiting for an interview date post DQ, can you please share your experience or timeline? Thanks

    Is there anywhere I can check relating to a specific consulate? My consulate is Abu Dhabi UAE, when I look up wait times for interview on google, the IR5 doesn’t come up but for all other visa categories I see 21-22 days currently would that be approx accurate?

    Hi All- I have received DQ note on my IR5 application for my dad today, NVC email says they will work with consulate to setup interview. does anyone know what is the estimated time to have interview scheduled after DQ, I have read 2 months max some places and some others said 1 year not very clear. Thanks

    Hi, I have my I-130 receipt date as March 20th 2023. Filed I-130 for both parents, it was sent to Texas service center and later were transferred to Nebraska. At the moment both cases say case being actively reviewed and case taking longer than expected. Is there anyone with a priority(receipt) date of March in here? Have you received your case approval yet?
