  1. I would be shocked if you didnt hear anything by next week. I was speaking with a girl on lawfully with a similar timeframe and she had to wait a full two months after being DQ'd and then was scheduled the following. Its still a little crazy it takes this long to schedule an appointment so that you can reunite with your other half considering we are such a small country. The girl on lawfully also said that they seemed to be extremely understaffed in the embassy and that only two of the windows were open. Also it is J1 season up until May/June but still the should be prioritising IR1/CR1 appointments. Will be sending all my good vibes your way!
  2. @ak89 Id imagine you will get your interview email either this week or next
  3. I have been doing my own kinda data research and it seems Dublin is taking between 8-10 weeks to issue dates. I hope you hear back soon!
  4. Hi all! Just got my DQ email and wondered what a realistic timeframe is for getting an interview date? Thank you in advance!
  5. Yes I was Immigration officer asked me usual questions- how long I was staying, why etc. Just be completely and truly honest.
  6. Has anyone heard anything?? Noa1 was 9th of march 2023 and still nothing…….
  7. We applied on March 9th. Couple of months ago said that it was taking longer than expected and as of yesterday it says 3 months. This process is so cruel…..congratulations to all who got approved!
  8. Hi all, I am going to visit my husband in February (I have visited him many times before during this process) and I just wondered what is the best thing to say when asked 'why are you visiting?' Should I say that I am visiting my husband or does that open a can of worms? Or maybe visiting family?
  9. Our i130 was filed on the 9th of March 2023! Still waiting on approval from USCIS......
  10. Hi there! I am currently living in Ireland waiting on my visa and my husband lives in the US. We recently signed a lease together for the place he is currently living and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to add it into our evidence on our i130 application or do you think I should just leave it as it may cause our approval to take even longer with adding another piece of evidence to review? Our application says they do not require any other information as of yet and we applied in March. Any help would be much appreciated and thank you in advance!
