(Update on my case ) My fiancee had her interview this past Friday. The embassy gave her a 221g. All they ask is for her to send her birth certificate back to the embassy.
 She misplace it and also they are waiting for her medical results to arrive at the embassy. she said her interview was less than 10 minutes and all went well.

Hey all! So after months of waiting and crying and anticipating and gray hairs.... my fiance did the interview yesterday and we got our approval!!!! My fiance will be coming in October and we'll do a small ceremony in November and can celebrate the holidays together as a married couple 😭😭😭😭

Saeid, thank you for sharing your experience. I am undergoing the same process right now and I wanted to see if this is a normal process for Iranians right now. wish you guys all the best
