    Hi all. Please this is for those who filed for their spouses in May 2023 for Cr1 i-130. Please let's discuss on our various progress reports. I am a Nigerian, and my husband who is an American citizen filed for me in May 2023. Our case is still pending, we are still waiting for the USCIS to approve our i-130 petition. What about you?

    I think it was roughly 3 days. That was after they sent my husband a mailbox. We filed in May 2023, our case is currently six months old. Our center is Nebraska

    Normally, they let us direct access once we log in. They used to show us something like our case is actively being reviewed. Then today we are seeing a different thing all together

    Good morning House. My Husband, an American citizen filed for a Cr1 spousal visa for me in May 2023 but our case is still showing actively reviewed by USCIS only. So I got free time now, and I filed for a Tourist visa of which they have sent me a mail to schedule a date for my interview. Please any Nigerians in the house with same experience?

    Hello My hubby petitioned for a Cr1 spousal visa for me in May 2023. Our case is still showing being reviewed by USCIS. Fortunately, I have free time now, so we decided to apply for B1/B2 visa. So I just got a mail saying that I can now schedule a date for my interview. Please I would appreciate some information. What are the requirements?.

    Wow! Congratulations. We are yet to be approved by the USCIS, our case is still pending... we don't even know when we will likely hear back from the USCIS, then go through NVC and others...

    What is to be done next if uscis approve form I-130? Is my husband going to send them his current account balance while doing the affidavit of support? Or is he only going to send them his annual salary 🤔
