if you are getting your witness statements from people based abroad you will also need legally notarized translation into English.

My witnesses are all U.S. citizens! 
just friends since we used to live in another state and our family in different state

They have to take the letter to the notary and make it notarized. UPS notarizes, court has notaries too, you can Google some notaries around you…. your witnesses must have their ID or passport or drivers license before a notary can sign and stamp the letter. A letter without a notary stamp will not be accepted by USCIS

Cuse I have police report harassment calls 

and I have the evaluation 

and I have a pic of the physical abuse and statement 

and I have to many good morals from friends 

Are these are enough for the rfe to prove the abuse

What you mean by notorized it has thier name address and signature

my sec rfe was asking about the letter from my therapist wasn’t an evaluation! 
And the officer needed more details! About it 

Now I have a real evaluation now 

I have a pic of physical abuse and a statement by me 

I have a police report ( calls and text harassment ) 

I have good morals as well from friends and co worker ! 
 

and I have threat text and calls as well screen shot ! 
 

I was with my lawyer today and she was like maybe rejecting you and sending you rfe because of your race and you are man 

I just wanna make sure if I have a good lawyer and evidence is good ! Or the lawyer is right because of my race Cuse she said I should be approved

You can include as part of evidence, but it's not enough to have a VAWA approved just  because they went to your house.

I have a text from my  spouse Saying that will call the ice ! And they show up after ! + I have a police report phone harassment

My lawyer wasn’t on top of everything either. After realizing that few things were missed, I had to be assertive they include all evidence AND i did insist that i review the forms/evidence/supporting documents being sent to USCIS before it is mailed out. 
 

I would regather everything and zip it together so all documents are in place and nothing is mossed. . Email it to lawyer and please make sure you review what is being sent.

that what I’m doing with the new lawyer right now call and text all day long !! Making sure !

I do have and they write everything! It was 2 years ago ! I had and still have a lot of evidence pics and statements and letters! But I don’t know what my old lawyer sent !

I’ll talk to my old threpy to give them the meds report and the sessions hrs Cuse iv done it for 4-5 months ! And I’ll send the injury pics causes my the abusive with a statement what and how it’s happend ?

I strongly believe it is not that complicated. Just send all the proofs and talk to old therapist. He/she should have all the information and let him know why you are here again. Yes these lawyers could mess you up big time.

I appreciate you I just found out my lawyer did not send the pic of the abuse and the statement! He only sent the therapist report!
