    I checked the letter but it doesn't mention if I need to arrive 30 mins early or anything. Just states the appointment time i.e 1pm.

    Oath ceremony scheduled in Troy Mi. The appointment letter mentions "No guests ". Can my husband come In at the uscis location at all or should he wait in the car? 2. How early to arrive before the scheduled oath ceremony? Like its scheduled for 1pm,should I come in at 12pm,11am or earlier? 3. When exactly are you supposed to complete the n445 questionnaire (does it need to be done in front of the uscis officer or can you complete it before arriving to the office)? And when to sign it. ....Anyone who had oath ceremony at this location, can you please share your experience. Thanks.

    Thanks for the response. Just wanted to clarify the wait is close to over 7 weeks (mid april). And no name change was requested.

    Waiting for oath to be scheduled. Has anyone been in the same situation? Unsure if I can reach out anywhere to see what the delay is for or how much longer will it take? 2. Also if i start a new job will that delay the process for some reason?

    That's what I did. Does it that matter that it wasn't paid? It was less than 2 hours and there was some change in ownership so hard to get a hold of the employer.

    It was a couple hours training but didn't continue due to bad working environment. (wasn't paid due). Trying to add the date for example 01/01/23-01/01/23 but the online form won't allow it. Can it just be added in the additional information section?

    You cannot file foia for your own A file? I think I saw other posts of people who filed foia to get their own file, could be wrong though.

    Didn't make copies of everything we sent. Also we were given the wrong (10 yr card) despite being married for less than 2 years at time, then filed i90 to get it corrected and never received the correct card and then filed for removal of conditions which has been pending since. Foia seemed like a good idea to get all the records before submitting the n400.

    Can filing a foia before that hurt or slow down the case? Just want to have all the information. Anyone with personal info. Suggestions welcome

    I have a 2 year green card and removal of conditions are pending. Any issue with my husband responding to this census letter and adding my information?(it's a questionnaire that needs to be filled online)Wasn't sure if me being conditional green card holder makes a difference. Anyone familiar?

    Spouse came here on K1, going through ROC pending right now. Wants to get the learner's permit for learning to drive. Can she be added to my existing car insurance? Do we need to get new insurance for her? What are the legal requirements and procedures. We are in michigan, if anyone has any specific personal experience. Thank you for your help.

    I was wrongly issued 10 year green card despite being married for less than 2 years at the time of AOS (from k1), I filed I90 at that time to fix it,then earlier this year i filed for Removal of conditions. Recently received the denial notice for I90 saying that they are denying it because my i751(removal of conditions) is pending. Do I need to do anything about it ? Or just wait for the Removal of Conditions to be processed?
