Hi everyone I also got my interview on 14th of March in Ankara. I received my passport with E2 visa in 3 days after interview. Similar questions were asked to me( my plan in the US, my major etc)

Where did you read this post? Do you know ant other social platform to follow the interview waiting times?

How long ago in the past? Most consulates are getting through their backlogs and times are getting quicker. The current time for spouse visas in Ankara seems to be around 4-5 months, so hopefully it will be quicker than a year for @Aya2538 although I can't find any threads for EB applicants there.

Thank you so much. I know that IR/CR visas are waiting as 5-6 months in Ankara and hope it gets quicker for EB visas also🙏

I am waiting for an interview mail since April. Does anyone knows anything about the waiting time in Ankara consulate?

It can be due to expedition. Could you learn if there is an expedition or normal process

DQ was around July 2022 and interview in May 2023. Priority doesn’t matter since it’s current for EB—1 category. Considering the backlog is worse than before, it should take more than 10 months. Just my estimation dont take it as official info  

Thank you for the info I had known that waiting time for EB visas’ interview in Ankara was around 18-20 months. Now I am more hopeful

My husband is from Istanbul and he's immigrating to the US on an IR1/CR1 visa. He submitted a Nufus Kayit Ornegi, but specifically with the chart that lists all his family members in addition to his own information. We made a mistake initially and didn't include the chart and caused us delays.

I also sent the nüfus kayıt örneği(family) for us. Also for children we put the same documents since there is no birth certificate under 18.
