Hello 2024. No updates yet on any of ya'll?

Nice to see that the docs tab have stuff in them now too. And yeah just one part like part7.tif is the only evidence I see. Wish all these be over soon.

Same for me! And I don't have an extra 'USCIS Notices' tab, just the document one.
Same, I had those USCIS notices tabs show up on my previous IOE petitions (EAD/AP) but doesnt show up on my i751

Correct me if I am wrong but I think the IOEs for i-751 only started for March 2023 filers? unless there were Feb 2023 filers who got IOE too. Most Feb filers for i751 got the normal MSC, EAC, WAC, LIN prefixes. March 2023 are almost all IOEs.. Like I said, correct me if I am wrong.

lesson here is: never ship out a package that MAY arrive on a weekend. preferably ship it on a Monday so even with a 2 day or 3 day, it will still arrive on a weekday. You ASSUMED a Friday delivery but of course, it can arrive after office hours or Saturday with unexpected delays. just saying.

this is taking forever. UGHHH
-
^that isn't my timeline. just jealous of how fast it's going
casestatusext website has the timelimes of a lot of IOEs getting approved fast

awww you're one of those unlucky ones that got the biometrics appt hehe

i really dont know how they choose who to reuse biometrics and who to get biometrics again. im pretty sure the last time I did my biometrics was in 2017. haha. never did it again after all the EADs and APs and second AOS til i-751. all reused. and yeah my GC picture was even before I had my nose done and all. LOL

I think if you're marriage is authentic/bona fide there's really nothing to be stressed about. Probably stressed on what kind of USCIS Officer handles your case. Some are super nice and easy and some just like to give people a hard time.
Divorce waivers are stressful tho because they have higher chances of thinking your marriage isn't real. Burden of proof lies with you and what you send to convince them you entered the marriage because you love each other and not for the GC.
Your stress is only valid if you're actually in a fake marriage. LOL

The expiration date is ignored but you if you look at the top right of the form you just linked to you will see an expiration date.
my bad. i did not see that. i just saw the one at the bottom. anyway, yeah if it's the only form on the USCIS website then it must be current.

Yes, in divorce waiver it may take 3-4 years. Maybe shorter, if USCIS optimise their processing. Perhaps a good thing is to try gathering more proof of good faith marriage if you can get it? It's not unusual for them to ask for more evidence few years into processing of divorce waiver case.
Everything is going to be OK !
thank you.

Depending on your luck you may get a decision either in few weeks or two years. So brace yourself. In reality, nothing changed much for you or will change when it's approved. You can continue working, travelling and living your life as if you already have an approved 10 year GC. You can even apply for N-400 when you become eligible.
im on a divorce waiver so yeah,, im pretty sure i have to wait for another 3 years to apply for n400 which means i really have to wait for my 751 to get adjudicated. plus the stress of being on a waiver adds up to that anxiety too, not knowing if the contracted employee actually scanned 100% of my documents and pictures because every one is important to my case.

this process feels like it's taking forever. we're not even a month in. uhhgghhh

I saw someone post that they could see the evidence they sent USCIS for their 751 on their online account and only 1/4 of the documents they provided ended up being scanned by the contractors for the USCIS officer to look at.
The entire process needs more transparency.
That's why personally, I still prefer the paper-method so during the interview, all your documents will be physically there, available. I don't know how that works if they interview you and they just have the scanned documents on their PCs, and you're unsure if everything was scanned. My documents were like 7lbs total.

I can’t see anything in my documents tab but received NOA1 and biometrics reuse a couple weeks ago.
Same. Just "YOUR Uploads" and "UNSOLICITED EVIDENCE"-Upload Evidence
The "USCIS NOTICES" is missing

Math doesn't work 😃
What would be N-400 cost, can you please confirm?
sorry typo
N-400 $725 $760 $35 5%
-
Darn,, USCIS is soon expected to increase the application fees. i-751 will cost from $680 to $1,195. Thankfully, we have submitted ours before the upcoming increase. N400 will be $760 from from $725 (at least just a 5% $35 increase). So file now if you can already.

https://lawandborder.com/guide-form-751-petition-remove-conditions-residence/
this post is so helpful and answered a lot of questions I didn't know in the first place. A good read.
If you need to leave the country while i751 is pending better to get a stamp because if they approve you when you're outside the country, you cannot reenter the US without the new GC. and a lot more
"International Travel Prior to Receiving the New Card
During the period between I-751 approval and receipt of the new card, you will have no evidence of your current immigration status. If you need to travel outside the U.S., before departing the U.S. you should ask your local USCIS field office to provide a stamp in your passport evidencing your status. Such stamps are issued as a matter of discretion."
