Hello, do you recall where in the instructions this is? Ive been sent an RFE for the i693 despite sending my vaccine record ds3025 from my medical exam with my AOS papers form i485. And my vaccines were up to date when i had my exam thanks

Hi, do you mind how much it costs to respond to the RFE? Did you have to have another full medical exam? I had my medical exam in Sydney and was up to date with all vaccines, gave the sealed envelope to POE and submitted copy of ds3025 with my AOS, now i have a RFE for having a civil surgeon complete the i693. It doesnt say why or what is missing from medical so i really dont understand why i need to pay god knows what more . My medical exam in Sydney was already like $800 or more.

Thanks, i got about 10 emails in about 30 minutes and all had a fake case number, not even similar in to the USCIS case numbers for my pending I485 and EAD/AP.

Thanks and yep i fwd it to the USCIS email for scams, hopefully they shut it down.

Am waiting for my EAD etc still and there are Scam emails coming out, saying your case has been resolved with fake case numbers and a link to usvisascheduling.com - NOTE its not .gov anyone else getting these and how are they getting my email address?

Im on the same timeline as you, had biometrics in August i think but thats it. Just sitting in limbo once again.

Oh ok so regardless they will issue me a learners permit, not a full licence despite having a full licence from Australia? So i don’t need to worry about doing a driving test yet, if that makes sense?

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this. Since filing AOS I485 /EAD etc i found out i cannot drive on my Australian licence over here and need a US licence. So question is how am i supposed to practice and get used to driving here on the opposite side of the road and car to prep for the driving test when im not allowed to drive on a foreign licence now? I’m sure for some adapting to driving on the opposite side of the road and car is easier than for others but i feel i need to get used to it before i can do a test.

Hi i just came across this licence stuff browsing k1 info. So im about to file AOS 485 with forms 765 and 131. So k1 visa holders are not allowed to drive over here? I have a full aussie licence and have been able to drive over here previously on my ESTA. Currently in living in VA. I thought once you move to the US you could drive on your own country licence for 12 months in US, or if you bring an international driving permit with you?

Hi i need to file my AOS within the next week. Adjusting from my K1 and have a few questions if anyone can help, they might seem a bit silly but i just want to make sure im filling them in correctly. Also I am still waiting on my marriage certificate, will this have my married surname on it? I-485: current legal name- do i use my now married surname for this and then put my maiden name in other names you have had? Assuming the name i use if i use my married name will be whats going to be on my green card when issued? then for immigration history details it asks for passport number on arrival, travel document number on arrival, expiration of passport or travel document and country that issued passport or travel document- question is do i use passport or k1 visa details for this section or does it not matter which one i use? status on form I94- would i write k1? what is your current immigration status ? Do i write k1? And to sign off on the form, if i want to use my new married surname do i use a signature with that name or do i use my maiden name / usual signature as it is what is on my passport? Sorry if these sound dumb, I’ve not had to change my name before. I-765: full legal name- do i use my now married surname again asks for my immigration status on arrival which is k1 and current immigration status- still k1 as i am still to file my AOS etc? And same with the signature i should use to sign off on I-131: name i use (does not ask for previous used names) Part 7- Advanced parole travel info? i dont have any trips planned so do i still fill this in, want it just incase of family emergency mainly ? and finally I-693: i had my medical and all my vaccinations ticked off complete before my k1 interview and have my DS3025 to attach to this. what parts of this form do i complete and not complete. if anyone can help clarify would be great. Hi Does anyone know if there is a particular order in which i should have my k1 interview documents in, ready to hand over when i get to Sydney consulate? If anyone has had a recent interview with the latest procedures or information that is helping would be appreciated. Also does anyone know what the A number is to write on the back of the 2 passport photos? The ds160 confirmation number is AA, so not sure where to find the A number, its not on my NOA2 or k1-FTP Thanks

Hi, this might sound silly but im trying to figure out how to pay the $37 for my passport/ visa to be sent back to me after my interview. When i originally chose this option on ustraveldocs profile i created a vfs global account but didn’t pay the $37 fee and now i need to pay it and seems confusing as to how to now do that. If anyone can assist would be appreciated. I cannot choose the collect it for no extra cost option as i dont live in Sydney thanks

Regarding the k1 interview, what exactly are the original documents required to take to it? Sydney embassy does not answer my emails with the answers i need and they haven’t sent me any interview information pack via mail or email. Any links they sent in response to my emails must be old links so im confused about that and also how to pay vfs for passport and visa retrieval if anyone can help with this also would be appreciated? Thanks
