  1. Yesterday I got an email from NVC that they have received my petition and it’s waiting to be entered in their system. Our NOA2 is only 3 days apart, maybe they have received yours as well. What was the last time you did an inquiry?
  2. Received the same response today!!! NOA2 3/7/23 58days later To all those still waiting, hang in there. I know the waiting process is exhausting, but at the end it will be worth it. I feel bad especially for those who received their NOA 2 in February and haven’t heard anything yet. I am hoping they sent our petitions to NVC in the same batch.
  3. It’s really unacceptable that USCIS made you wait for 90 days. The worst part is you don’t even know when they will send your petition to NVC. It’s not right that after waiting for 14-15 months for our approval now we have to deal with our approved petitions being held as “hostage” at USCIS. I think you are too nice. Call them as many times as needed, until you get to talk to a Tier 2 representative. Probably they will tell you that it will take 30 days until Tier 2 representative contacts you, but insist that somebody calls back immediately because it’s an urgent matter. I know that they will do it, you just have to be persistent. I had to deal extensively with USCIS because of my mom’s Naturalization and I have learned all about how to insist on your right. They know nothing about the law and also what’s on their website. You need to point it out to them. I am so fed up with USCIS for their incompetence and lack of knowledge. I really hope you hear something soon! It’s not fair to you. As soon as I reach my 60 days, I am going to contact USCIS. Another 5 days for me…..
  4. Have you tried contacting USCIS and asking to talk to a Tier 2 representative? Possibly asking for a service request?
  5. I also spoke to USCIS customer service representative and I was told the same thing, that they will not create a service request unless it’s been 90 days after the approval. I found out that my case is still at USCIS(50 days later), it hasn’t even been sent to NVC yet. Somebody could’ve hand delivered it in that amount of time. … NVC says 60 days… All this information we get is so inconsistent.
  6. I did the same thing yesterday. I did a live chat with a representative and I was told that my case hasn’t been sent to NVC yet. 49 days and counting….
  7. Same here. I just tried asking EMMA and it keeps telling me that my petition was approved on March 7th. It doesn’t answer if the petition was sent NVC…..
  8. Is the wait time 90 days now? The response that I got from NVC mentioned that if I don’t hear from NVC within 60 days of approval, then I can send them my approval notice. When I called USCIS they also told me the same thing, to call back after 60 days so they can submit a service request for me. I really hope you hear from them soon! 83 days is a long time to wait…..
  9. Have you tried emailing them your approval notice after 60 days? It’s been 48 days since my approval and NVC hasn’t received my petition either. Every time I make an inquiry they send me the same generic response. I am just waiting until it’s 60 days so I can email them the the notice of approval so they can request my petition from USCIS. Have you tried contacting USCIS and inquiring why they haven’t sent your petition to NVC?
  10. I feel your pain… The wait seems never to end… Mine was approved on March 7th and as of April 12th NVC hadn’t received my case yet. The waiting time is much longer than 30 days. I think after this whole process we are going to be the most patient people in the world!
  11. NOA2 March 7th. Contacted NVC on April 10th, they responded today(April 12th) that they haven’t received anything yet.
  12. Congratulations on your approval! You’ve been so helpful throughout the whole process! I appreciated your time and efforts posting the updates every day. Very happy you got approved!
  13. Wishing you all the best with the next step! NOA1: 1/10/22 NOA2: 3/7/23
  14. Thanks so much for all the work you are doing! Your work is very helpful and much appreciated. My case got approved today. My received date was 1/10/2022 and approval date 3/7/2023. I wish you all the best with your application!
  15. Thanks so much for explaining! I really appreciate it. I am in 38000.
  16. Thanks so much for the update! My received date is 01/10/2022. Can you please tell me which one of those 5digit numbers my case would fall under? Sorry, I don’t know how to figure that out…
