I have a question and would love some advice. My husband and I haven’t filed our taxes yet for 2024. We filed for an extension, and haven’t done it yet. We are eligible to file his I-751 as of Sept 27th. Will it be a problem if we file I-751 before we file the taxes, or should we wait until we file the taxes first? We have our joint taxes filed in 2023 and we have extensive amount of evidence of our mutual life together. Any input will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
