Hey guys! I got an update on my removing conditions and it says “

May 4, 2023 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.
May 3, 2023 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another USCIS office.” any idea what this means for me? I’ve applied for naturalization and wouldn’t it be better for my local office to have my documents for a combined interview?

I got the same update on Feb 23 of this year even my I-751 was approved Sep 2022 and have my 10 years GC since then. I guess its a procedure they follow.

    So here's another update!

Yesterday I did my biometrics and today I got my interview scheduled.

That is faster than what I expected.

Good luck to all of us and hope it gets fast to you too!

    Congrats!!

Each case is different, someone else filed the same day as me and we both got bio same day at the same office and he got the interview notice next day while Im here a month later still waiting.

Ok, so as previously mentioned in a lot of other posts-applying for N400 moved my ROC from July2021 when I applied. I had my interview for N400 April 4th and it turned out to be a combo interview that resulted in an approval for my ROC and N400. I applied beginning of Jan and got my interview notice in March for April. Keep the hope alive. Just wanted to let everyone know that applying for citizenship while your ROC is still pending definitely moves the process forward!

P.S. I know I don't have a timeline yet, but will add once I go and dig up all the needed dates!

My ROC was approved back in Sep 2022, applied for N-400 Feb 2023 and got notification that my I-751 was transferred to another office even it was approved.

I guess they like to look to at both files even it was approved.

I just checked my account,  and they have already scheduled interview(May 2nd -same time for wife as well!).

I did not expect to  the interview to be scheduled literally one business day after biometrics - not complaining!

Congrats!!! that is really quick. I had my bio two weeks ago and still no update, and I heard phoenix office is also fast as well.

    Good luck on your interview

We filed on the 15th of Feb 18th and had the biometrics appointment of March 15th in Phoenix.  In looking at earlier filers in Phoenix it seems as if things are going quickly.  I hope it continues.

Your timeline is exactly like mine lol, I filed Feb 15th and my bio was March 15th as well phoenix office.

From what I was reading it seems like phx office is very fast processing N-400, lets hope we hear good news soon.

Went for my bio appointment today in Fargo, ND. Feeling stressed as the officer has hard time collecting fingerprints from me. It took several attempts, hand lotion to get poor quality of my two fingerprints. Hopefully they would be enough as it’s 1,5 hr drive for me one way to that USCIS support center.

Status on my case change to : case is being actively reviewed.

Dont worry, your bio was collected correctly otherwise the case status wont change.

I received a couple of "We've taken action..." emails this morning. I know that people sometimes ask what they're for but it seems like the USCIS notifications just aren't real-time and they're related to yesterday's status updates.

    Congrats!!!

I have my bio appointment Wednesday, hopefully my case will be quick like yours since we both in the same filed office.

Hi guys! Im not sure if this is the right page for my question but it is n400 related 😊

I acquired my green card on Nov 18, 2021. Husband was a USC. My question is, when am I eligible to apply for citizenship? I know the 3 yr rule applies to me but is it Nov 2023 or Nov 2024?

    Thanks!

    This page will help you

A follow up Q. It is tad too early to get anxious, but the status has not changed after the receipt notice was sent message on 21st Feb. I was looking at receipt notice and it was from National benefits center Overland Park, KS.

Is it common for postal mail application to go through NBC? (I still haven't received online access code)

Yes, its normal. I got my notices from NBC and today got the online access code and saw that my bio appointment March 15th.

Its definitely too early to get anxious.

They should come soon, have you signed up for the USPS Informed Delivery? That way you can see what's coming in the mail everyday. Yeah I was hoping they waived mine but my appointment is on 3/9. I just updated my signature with my timeline. hope that helps. I heard that if you last bio appointment was long time ago, they will schedule you to come in and do it again.

Already signed up for informed delivery for sure, my last bio was back in 2018 so it make sense they request a new one. Thanks for updating your signature, it was helpful for me and I'm sure it help others. Will update mine once get other notice

Congrats on receiving the notice. There should be a separate piece of mail that includes the online access code. You can create an USCIS account with your email address, then select add a case to your profile. When you do that, they will ask for your case receipt number and online access code. You can’t add case without the code. Once you successfully add the case, you should be able to download all notices from the document section including your bio appointment if they schedule you.

Thank you, I havent received the access code yet. I was scheduled for bio and waiting for the notice as well, I was hoping they will wave it but its ok.

did you receive you case number?

I haven’t, just saw my I-751 was transferred to another office but it was approved last sep and got my 10 years gc. From what I was reading its a glitch in their system I guess.

Still waiting for my case number and probably bio appointment if they did not wave it. Glad yours is moving and getting the mail
