I guess you went on good day
I hope I have that kinda luck in Fulton County. I 'm having hell just trying to get my registration
changed over from another state. First, the DMV failed to tell me the tag agency (another location) wasn't open on the weekend...
You have to pay at least $2hr to park cuz you can't park anywhere for free downtown. Walk 4 blocks to wait in line at security then again in the office. I had every piece of paper available but I forgot my "original registation". I hope the third times a charm.
Anyways, Congratulations.

If in doubt...
Mamma always told me " if in doubt it's betta to be overdressed than looking like a bum".

My husband said the Ghana team had partied and drank til the wee hours the night before.
In celebration of their coach's birthday.
Good Grief! The whole of Ghana is soo upset.

I called USCIS to ask about my I-129f because my I-130 was approved and I still hadn't heard anything about it (I-129F), they said: It's in Vermont.
That's all the girl would tell me. She said it hasn't been 6 months since my fiance visa was received so I had to wait 6 months.
I was under the impression that the two were supposed to be together. My I-130 was sent to Texas (by me), then transferred to California (by them).
I've also been hearing some people have gotten theirs canceled. I'm so confused.
What am I waiting for.

I've had to fill out this form for a gov't job and they are looking for your best estimation not the exact date. If in doubt call the leasing office cuz they keep your records. (but you said "room" so the individual who owns the place may have records) You may even find it by google your name /old telephone number/state you were in.

My poor husband, (I love saying 'husband'
) he waited til the last minute to buy tickets for Ghana vs. Nigeria tomorrow--SOLD OUT!!
He's sooo sad. I told him I was going to watch online and he had wanted to try to get onscreen somehow.
I hope he doesn't become a football fanatic when he gets to the States.
Oh well--GO GHANA!!

think of it this way-
Person A gives you 20 potatoes to peel in one hour.
1 hour later Person A gives you 200 potatoes to peel in the same amount of time.
In the 3rd hour Person A gives you 20 potatoes to peel.
Do you think you will catch up by the 4th hour?
--or am I delusional?
I'm saying this cuz I've worked in mailroom situations where its near impossible to "catch up" And then throw in constantly changing rules--geez gotta give em a break. They are human and will also make mistakes.

I was a bit confused about who contacts you that NVC has received your approved I-130.
So if I'm understanding... NVC will contact you in approx 1 month after approval and then forward to the appropriate consolate after you complete a packet?

how could co-sponso any family member ?
Did you mean <Who can co-sponsor?>
Yes, a family member would be fine. As long as they are a US citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident and has to meet the requirements and legal obligations.

Hi
I mailed my wife signed and filled out forms G-325a
anyway, I forgot to fill out my name at the bottom of the page in the box. I told here to go ahead and do it with black pen, and she put her name in my form. Word applicant confused her, and I guess i should have been more specific.
So can she use white out on those forms or I will have to mail them over again?
Thanks
I think it's okay to do that. She should inital next to the mistake, so they can verify it was intentional.
I used white out on my G forms and initialed cuz my husband misunderstoond some questions that I corrected. I got approved with those papers. The signature most importantly shouldn't be changed in any way.

Got K-3 approved yesterday. It did take an inquiry from VP Cheney's office to get it approved.
WOW! An act of Congress wasn't good enough. I'm glad they were able to help you.
Congrats!

You'll probably hear something very soon. They are trying to get "July filers" complete by end of January.
I felt the same way, then got my email approval 2 days later.
February should be your 6 month mark--don't know why the timeline says March.
Hang in there and know your not alone.

My husband went to the Ghana vs. Morocco match today and had a ball!
He would'nt speak to me on the phone he was having way too much fun.
Ghana wins 2-0 yea --wish I could've been there for the celebration.

Got email that I-130 was approved...what happens to I-129F? oh well..joy,joy,joy,joy.
This is the most tormenting journey I've ever had to endour. Seeing my husbands smiling face in the end keeps me going.
I really appreciate the encouraging words from such wonderful people.

I just got an email that my I-130 was approved! I wonder where my I-129 went. Yeaaaa <happy dance> aaahh! Stepping stone number 2 hear I come...

A lot of K1 filed in August has already been approved, and I don't see how they get to trump K3 July filers. I haven't heard a thing since my NOA1 back in September...what gives!
I'm getting angry this is UNACCEPTABLE!
