  1. Since I-130 is filled online, have you tried login to the account? Thats how I check my status. Also - my case was transferred from Potomac to Vermont. No Notice - found from live chat.
  2. That's what I am shocked about. I read online it is to share the load - but didn't really make sense as Vermont seems to be the slowest of all and the worst processing time. But fingers crossed!
  3. Hello All, I have applied for I-130 for my spouse as a US Citizen in November. Received notice from Potomac (12 months processing). I had filed for an expedite due to my parents medical conditions (cancer/etc...) and spouse to spend as much time with them as possible, but the request was declined. Upon the expedite request result, I saw that the case was transferred to Vermont Center. Not only was the expedite declined, but also bad news it went to a center with slowest processing time. My case is normal - US Citizen, veteran, no criminal history, etc.... How long is the true processing time for the Vermont center? A bit shocked now that I have to wait even longer...
  4. I have travelled to meet my fiance in January 2019, July 2019, December 2019/Jan 2020. Than COVID hit, and we met again in Dec 2021. I have statements from airlines showing this (can't find the itineraries). As well as passport stamps, pictures of us meeting, with family, engagement ceremony (as it happens with the family in our culture).
  5. Hello all! Questions about the I-129F Form and evidence. In regards to the Letter of Intent to Marry, and additional evidence which the beneficiary will be signing, Can I have my fiance submit scanned copies (Sign, Scan, and email to me)? Or does the beneficiary have to sign the document, and mail it to my house for me to attach with the package? Also In the I-129F, I selected I am Naturalizaed citizen, but the questions 42a - 42c are blocked out and won't let me type. What is the get around to this? Lastly, my package contains: 1) Check for the Fees 2) I-129F Form 3) Letter of Intent to Marry - Petitioner and the Beneficiary 4) Pictures (~20) 5) Money transfer records 6) Naturalized Certificate 7) US Passport 😎 Letter explaining how we met, etc... Anything else I need to add? I have a pretty simple and straight forward case, so not looking for a lawyer.
