    depend on the embassy but you generally have to wait for READY status to fill the DS 160

    After you submit ds160 then wait for the pk3 once you get the pk3 thats when they instruct us and the go ahead to pay the visa fee, schedule the medical exam and interview, i heard tha the ds160 is the only thing that can be done after READY status

    If you guys received your Case number before the 24 of November then your cases will go to the embassy today or tomorrow, has anybody had their cases go to the Embassy today?

    Put at least on this week 4 public inquiry and they will send it to you. I had to email them two weeks after approval and that's how I got it. They have your case already if 45 days has passed

    If they received your case before the timeframe date on MONDAY at the NVC they will send it on the shipment of December 5 and 6

    did you get your IN TRANSIT STATUS OR READY STATUS? We did it when we got Ready status

    I am so glad you got it, after one week send a. email to NVC at the public inquiry and another after two weeks, they will give you the case number if they see you are on top of your case

    Once it leave NVC you wil recieve the ftp letter on the second batch of december

    Let us know when you get interview appointment. I emailed the embassy to see if they let me accompany her for the interview I have not received any news.

    aww long journey almost done for you guys. This should be really satisfying for you guys. do you know how long thet take to issue the visa at that embassy

    you will go to the NVC on the second december shipment date

    Yours will ship December 5 or 7 the. a week Or 5 daya later it will go ready. by Friday next week you will be ready status because your case was received on Nov17 and next week monday they will be processing all cases before 22 nov, thats if they keep processing the same amount of cases during a 5 days week with not holidays

Due to your petition type, you will not receive a request for fee payment or document submission. That means that we as K1 visa holders don't have to pay anything to the NVC instead we pay our fees through the embassy am I correct?
