So, I applied for the I-130 visa in August. Haven't heard anything. However the website says that a decision should be made in 2 months. This confuses me. Aren't things that need to be done? Spousal interview? Background check? Anyone have any information as to what the next steps usually are? My wife and I are trying to plan or guesstimate when she may arrive. Thanks

Does anyone have any idea the questions that are asked during an embassy interview for the visa? I imagine that there is no set but would like to get an idea. Thx.

My guess is that it wasn't that she didn't want to take photos but if there were 3 people there (priest and both of them), there was no one to take the pictures.

I don't know what LPR is. I am a US Citizen. We married in March of 22 (5 months). I just submitted the visa in August. Her home country is Bolivia. She is in Bolivia.

Hello. I filed 2 I130's. 1 for my wife and 1 for her daughter. Will it be processed as a CR-1 or K-3? Is there anything else I need to do after filing the I130? Thanks
