    Didn't know where to submit this. My wife visa needs to be renewed in March 2026. Plan to file this form in January 2026. Do we send a payment of $1,050? Do we need to submit evidence? Any idea how long it takes to hear back? How long the process is? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I applied for ITIN for both wife and daughter. Wife received after 2nd attempt. Daughter rejected. They both arrived. Daughter received SSN in a week. Will wife recive an SSN also? Should I use ITIN?

    It says ... A visa “refusal” is not a denial of the visa application. Instead, a “refusal” means that the case will remain on hold until the case goes through further processing. This means that the Consulate will place your case on hold until the documentation or information it has requested from you has been received. They have received it.

    They responded to me in 24 hours when I asked what the problem was. I sent them the I864 and asked if this is what they wants and crickets. This needs to move faster.

    Embassy stated that there was an error on the I864 on Feb 1. I fixed the error and resubmitted. Asked them if it was correct. No response. How long does it take the embassy to go and change the status. This is so frustrating.

    Looking for an estimate. Once everything is complete at the embassy. How long does it for the embassy to put the visa in the passport? 1 week? 2 weeks? Thanks

    This isn't clear to me. I need to know what to put on the I864. My step-daughter is in part 2 for this I864. What do I put on family member #1 & #2. That is why I submitted the images. Thanks

    Yes. 2 I130. 1 for wife and 1 for step-daughter

    I filed a separate I130 and paid all fees for both. Submitted 2 I864. My step-daughter is in family #2. Is there an error here? I earn enough to support both

    My wife had her interview today (2/1). The embassy said I needed to resubmit I864 to them for my step-daughter. For part 2 I have my step-daughter info. Part 3.1 - I checked yes Part 3.2 - I checked yes Family member 1 (4.a - 6) I put my wife's info Family member 2 (9.a - 11) I put my step-daughter info Was this correct? Consulate circled Family member 2 and I do not know the problem Thx

    My wife's and daughter's medical appointment is this Friday. They are requiring that both are fully vaccinated for COVID. I thought this was stopped? Anyone know?

    Yes, per NVC. They sent email stating wife and step-daughter is Feb 1.

    I learned the $220 is the green card fee. It doesn't have to be paid at the consulate. It is paid to USCIS. The status on USCIS is it was sent to State.
