I think there were about 6 days I could choose, each with 1-3 time slots. Now there are only two days (20-21 April) left, each with one time slot. It's unclear to me how these options relate to the dates given out by interview letter, it will be interesting to see when your batch of IL comes through.

to update you. JUST got my IL and it’s for May 18

Congratulations to all of you with the ILs received i wonder if its automatic system that is sending them as NVC doesn't opens till later today. I am still waiting for my docs to be reviewed on CEAC. Fingers crossed will be this week. Good luck with all your interviews and i hope everything goes smoothly and get approved quickly.

It must be automatic since it was all sent around the same time and they seem to always be early in the morning. I hope you do get DQ this week and don’t have to wait a month for an IL! Thanks so much

I think the platform for working visas is totally different from family visas. I believe the status in CEAC will always be the same for us (fees paid and forms completed only). We cannot even access any Message box there, the system is not useful for us (EBs). Maybe when we receive the ILs the status at the top changes to "At Embassy" or something like that...

I also think they'll be sending a batch of ILs next week, hope you (and me too) are included! And whoever from this group is DQ'ed by that time, of course!

If it helps… I was DQ on Feb 27 for a family visa. My status still says “at NVC”. The only message i have is that forms are accepted and documentarily qualified is underneath it. Still waiting on IL

We have submitted all our documents on 14th of March i was wondering does anyone knows how long usually it takes for them to review it and lmk if we are DQ'd? I am sorry to be asking on here and i am sorry if this has been answered already.

Thank you for all your help and i hope all your documents get DQ'd quickly and get that IL at speedy pace.

Someone posted a link to a good website but yeah just use the visa bulletin to see when NVC is reviewing documents. The last batch of interview letters seemed to come quick (2ish weeks to a few days) but the latest people I’ve seen is now almost waiting a month. Don’t know what slowed them down.

An update: today I was able to see appointments available for rescheduling! After checking daily for the past weeks, today I was presented with a few dates and time slots. Unfortunately these slots are all in between the 20th (my original interview date) and 28th April, during which I will still be traveling, so I will keep checking.

But it is good to confirm that this rescheduling system does actually seem to work, and you no longer have to miss your original interview to reschedule. I am not sure why they released some appointment slots now, but assume they will do this every so often.

hm Can I ask how many you saw? Just wondering cause I was DQ not longer after OP but still no IL, seeing if I may get an early May date or late April date

    Congrats!

I also got an IL today:
    DQ: 24 February

    IL: 1 March

    Interview date: 20 April

Also for late April, but that seems to be in line with what others are seeing for the London consulate.

Agreed - it is a great feeling, the end really does seem in sight now.

    Good luck everyone else!

Oh wow! I see you/your spouse like mine is also in the UK and Ive been following London times. I thought for sure by now we’d get early May but maybe my husband will get an April date too!

I think they go off US time? So it would be Friday in the US.

Yeah I know it's Friday but I don't think I'll be DQ today so I was wondering about tomorrow haha

I don't think they work on Saturdays but I do think they work two shifts and work up until midnight on Fridays. There could be some delay in emails going out too.

ooooh okay, i'll keep hope alive!

    For DQ question:

Does it matter which country the file is from? Or is it general like NVC will just follow the queue regardless of the country origin?

Top secret, I have another question:

I'm from the Philippines and im wondering how long after getting DQ'ed will the nvc send me an interview date letter and how far out is the actual interview date? I'm trying to coordinate everything and see if I have to prepare an expedite request or not. I really wanna have an idea with the timeline as far as Cr1/IR1 interview goes. I greatly appreciate your input. Thank you!

If I recall correctly, NVC should just follow the queue and DQ people as long as they have the necessary documents. I don’t know how long it is to get an interview for the Philippines but I believe I heard it takes awhile.

    I GOT DQ'ED!!!!!!!!

I'm so happy!!!! And I was cutting it so close, I still uploaded the last missing documents (the corrected affidavit of support of all things!) yesterday night. I feel so lucky that they accepted everything! I really hope everyone else gets DQed too!

I will let you all know when I get my interview letter, I'm hoping it won't take too long since Austria is not supposed to be very busy, but who knows.

hmmm Wait so I am wondering. Everyone said it goes off last submitted date so it didn’t count what you sent last night? I was going to attach an additional document but I don’t want to get sent to the back of the line.

Hopefully soon! Here's the automated sender email so you can make sure it doesn't go to Spam:

    national_visa_center@state.gov

I then received another information email that just links to the NVC website on the visa process flowchart. That automated sender is:

    nvc-do-not-reply@state.gov

Thank you!!! I got the email today! Couldn't sign in yet like you so hope it's soon. Can you sign in now?

    @Jeshua

Yes, I received an email on Saturday night (JAN 21 2023) with my Case ID and Invoice ID. However, I have been unable to login to the CEAC website with that information. I get the error:

"The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance."

From my research online, some people have had to wait a couple of days before they were actually able to login. I know Mondays is when the NVC updates their processing time page, so I'm hoping they do whatever database updates they need to do in order for me to be able to login.

Oh that’s weird. Thanks for the update! I hope you can get in today.  Still waiting on mine, hope it’s soon!!
