I received the bill from NVC for my AOS fee of $70.00

im trying to make payment online i tried to check the the box for IV bill (application processing fee) but it doesnt allow me...

it says (not invoice) what does it mean?

second question: what is the Principal mean? under relation?? Thank You Somuch in advance

You will have to call the NVC and then will have to take your invoice number and then you will enter this number.

i will sugest you to make payment through cashier check not for online payment.

We received AOS fee bill March,31 2008 and we paid it.we sent the money order.when we got IV fee bill so before paying the IV bill we asked abt AOS package then NVC replied they got nothing,

Now they are saying that pay the IV fee then they will send the AOS fee bill again,

Plz tell me what to do now? it will take more weeks .....oh God its so hurting..

is there any body who went through this?
