    My wife has her birth certificate.

    i m talking abt my mother in law she is the one who ordered her birth certificate and which is taking so long...

    Plz dear try to understand my question.

  2. Landis is her married name and bounds was her maiden name.

    Trailmix BC would be the soild proof i knew this but if u would read careully the subject that Mother in lay BC is taking 1 month and its very frustrating for me while our case has expidited by NVC and this time our case is in Islamabad Us embassy.

    What should i do now?

    Is there any other document which can prove mother in law relation with her daughter?

    i m waiting for reply..

  3. Guys plz guide me that my wife is filling for me I 864 and my mother in law is filling I 864A so does my mother in law need to send her birth certificate to prove her relation with petitioner(Daughter)?

    Or is there any other document which we can use to prove her relation to her daughter?

    Actually the prob is that my mother in law who has filled the I 864A,ordered her birth certificate and it is taking sooooooo long.

    i wanna know that can she send any other document like her passport or domicile or somehitng else.

    Coz BC is taking almost 1 month now and its very disappointing for me who is waiting sooooooo long for that document .

    PLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLZZ I m waiting for early response...

    hey,,,well I am not from pakistan ,,,,,but i am still waiting for an interview date....my case was completed in may 30 th ,,,,and till today i don't have any interview date ,,,,i would like to dicusse this issue realy(HOW THE NVC SCHDULE THE INTERVIEW)??????????

  7. You dont need to send that thing which they wont require from u.

    just send your ds 230 forms with these things,

    Required documents from the Beneficiary for DS-230 Immigrant Visa (IV) Package

    1) 2 Passport Size Photographs (2X2 inches) of the Beneficiary

    (Write down NVC Case# and Beneficiary’s Full Name and Date of Birth on the back side of both the photographs lightly)

    2) Completed and signed form DS-230 Part 1 by the Beneficiary

    3) Completed and unsigned form DS-230 Part 2 by the Beneficiary (Note down “unsigned”)

    4) Photocopy of the Passport’s Biographic Data Page of the Beneficiary

    5) Original/Certified Copy of Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate

    6) Original/Certified Copy of Beneficiary’s and Petitioner’s Marriage Certificate

    7) Original Police Certificates of the Beneficiary
