She told me that she called NVC and they told her to send(Mother in law BC )it to them,but now our case is in islamabad usa embassy.

My wife is sick she doesnot work since 7 years.

She's on social security she was telling me that she needs to get her W2.

These are big hurdles i m really in pain coz of long wait.

I m talking about Mother in Law BC pain in butt,coz its taking longer.

Guys i wanna know that My mother in law BC is important to prove the relation to my wife?

Can we go with My wife's BC?

I will suggest USPS which is the best.

And if you will notice that USCIS & NVC recomends"USPS".

so that you will not have to wait for your "wife's birth certificate" which has been requested but is taking too long to arrive.

My wife has her birth certificate.

i m talking abt my mother in law she is the one who ordered her birth certificate and which is taking so long...

Landis is her married name and bounds was her maiden name.

Trailmix BC would be the soild proof i knew this but if u would read careully the subject that Mother in lay BC is taking 1 month and its very frustrating for me while our case has expidited by NVC and this time our case is in Islamabad Us embassy.

What should i do now?

Is there any other document which can prove mother in law relation with her daughter?

I 864 & I864A both dont need to be notarized.You guys can call the NVC and confirm it like i did before.

You are right. i have already checked this one.

but the prob is that on my wife's birth certificate there is her mother name is "rita ann bounds" and she has filled this on her G 325A, but her name on her driving license,social secirity is "Rita Landis".

So what can i do now?

Can i still go with only my wife's birth certificate?

[but there should be a solid prove she just mentioned her mother name in G 325A but it is not a proof its a information.

in your case it just prove the Us citizenship,

but i m talking abt to prove the relation between them.

Yes dear you have to send the police certificate to NVC.

Your wife will just have to keep 1 copy of this certificate.

Read carefully this is abt who will come to usa with the principle imigrant if you are petitioning seperatley then you have to write there "None" instead of N/A.

I m so happy i got rid from NVC now our case is in usa embassy islamabad.

Now they want Ds 230 & I 864 coz we sent expidition request and they have approved it thats y our case is in islamabad us embassy.

Any suggestions or comments r wellcome here.

You dont need to send that thing which they wont require from u.

just send your ds 230 forms with these things,

Required documents from the Beneficiary for DS-230 Immigrant Visa (IV) Package

1) 2 Passport Size Photographs (2X2 inches) of the Beneficiary

(Write down NVC Case# and Beneficiary’s Full Name and Date of Birth on the back side of both the photographs lightly)

2) Completed and signed form DS-230 Part 1 by the Beneficiary

3) Completed and unsigned form DS-230 Part 2 by the Beneficiary (Note down “unsigned”)

4) Photocopy of the Passport’s Biographic Data Page of the Beneficiary

5) Original/Certified Copy of Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate

6) Original/Certified Copy of Beneficiary’s and Petitioner’s Marriage Certificate

7) Original Police Certificates of the Beneficiary
