It is possible that your interview date has been scheduled. They don't need to wait for the NVC to finish before scheduling the interview. That is most likely why you were sent 3.5 to get you ready. I sugest you have your wife file the papers with the NVC as soon as possible. You want to have it done before the interview.

We expidited our case when we started the process and we got approved in 3 months and again 1 month before my wife send the email to nvc to expidite the interview in US embassy in islamabad.But nvc did not reply her back.

So should it be the response?

But with out case completeat nvc how can US embassy send me the packet 3.5?

Yes cover letter has my name and my case # on it and my Date of birth as well.

But how can i send them DS230 AND I 864 while my wife will have to send these forms.

Packet 3.5 says that i have to send both forms to them then they will reply me through courier service and will send me appointment of interview as well as my medical date.

Whats going on with me?

how can embassy will send these things to me with out completeing the case.

Well here is one important thing which is that we have expidited our case coz my wife is serious sick and she sent the mail to nvc there. And when we sent I 130 then we got approved in 3 months.

So what u guys think now? what should i do?

Diana you are right infact i felt the same as u did.

NVC is still waiting DS 230 & I 864 forms from us.How can it possible?How can US embassy send me these things.

One more thing in the cover letter of packet 3.5 they wrote that they have received first page of DS230 from my side and now i have to send them complete DS230 forms with supporting documents and as well as I 864(if my wife did not send it to nvc).

So i have decided not to send any thing to US embassy here.I think i should wait till my wife will send NVC Ds230 & I 864.

Or is there any other valuable suggestion regarding this?

And in that packet they sent me the Ds 230 & I 864.They want me to fill it out and send them back.

The strange thing is that my wife who is US citizen,she did not send the Ds230(Which i have sent her)& I 864.

And then i have to sign it.

I was reading your timeline and i have a question...

Is it more expensive to file K3 since the AOS cost alot unlike in CR1 its not that much expensive? Someone told me that me and my husband shud take CR1 bcoz its all in a package and its less expensive. I really have no experience at all about these stuffs. We are not starting yet thats why i wanna ask also about ur opnion. Hope u can give me an idea about K3 and CR1.. which is more good and less expensive.. I can wait even it takes longer.

i m also on CR1 and yes its the best as compared to k3 it is less expensive and one thing which is more important that you will not have to go for further process after getting the CR1 visa and you would be able to get green card after arrival in USA.

You need to get english translation first then attested this from foriegn Affairs.

It works in pakistan may be work in india as well.

You dont need to be notarized it.

Guys i have gotten one problem which is that when i was filling form Ds 230, there is a question # 22 regarding list below all employment for last ten years.I filled out that part.

I have changed my employer 4 times and now i m working with fifth employer.

So during the chaning of employers i was unemployed 2 times,and i did not cover this time.

Tell me plz should i leave the GAPS which is true.

Aren't these gaps will a prob for me, and if i should not leave the gaps so should i fill there the word unemployed?

Plz guide me i need your answers..

i dont think soit would be a prob coz my wife has also filled out the forms using her maiden name.it wont be a big prob

i am non us citizen and i have also a problem,my wife is very ill and we sent the expidition request they accepted it and approved our I 130 while we were going to apply for K3 but now with the approved I 130 petition we have applied for CR1 and its going smoothly.

I think pesonal that CR1 is the best coz then you dont need to take any panic regarding ur status in USA.

we have also received the AOS fee bill and the IV fee together its a good sign.

See the poverty guide which i m going to download it for u.

It is 1 864P.

And if ur husband's income is not sufficient for support then he will have to need a Co spensor and that co sponsor can be his houshold member for this he has to use I864A Form which also i m downloading for u.IV fee is Just dont worry and try to send the forms to nvc in time.

i think you should wait for the documents dilivered regarding ur ds230 coz it has your barcode for ds 230.

Just for little a bitt they will send u the barcode soon.

As i know that NVC will send me the interview letter medical test letter etc.

Before my interview in US embassy,

Will NVC send me the orignal I 864 and I 864A which my wife and mother in law has submitted in NVC?

Will NVC send me the my filled DS230 which i have submitted too.

I need your answers guys..plz tell me abt it..
