    It is unbelievable only 7 cases done in April , It will be 16 months after 4 days and They received my RFE 100 DAYS ago and still nothing , I will lose my mind .

    where do you get this updates and numbers because This one doesnt make sense , I m group in 72000 ,I follow APRIL chart , It was 5 untouched and 15 RFE 'R until last thursday and It 4 untouched now and still15 RFE'R , It seems not right .

    I have no idea about tier2 . How can I contact with them ? you are right after 60 days ,They should respond for RFE but it didnt work for me 😥

    They have our RFE for 91 days and still nothing 😩 We are at 480 days

    Sorry to hear that , I have same problem , It will be 16 months ( August 8 22) They received my RFE "R April 27 22 i havent heard anything ever since yet . This isnt fair who still wait for March and April . '

    Thank you , It helped very well to reach out agency and talk but She couldnt give me any answer either , She said to me , You need to wait .I already have been waiting more than 15 months and I dont know How long I will wait to hear something from USCIS .

    Congratulations , Im in the 72000 group APRIL8 2021 , 77 days after RFE received no news yet for me , Is this normal or Howlong it takes to review for RFE by USCIS. Do I need to worry or Can I do something else .

    i did flying tickets are proof of your relationship too specially 2 years meeting requirement .

    This is insane 460 days still waiting (April 8 2021) I got a RFE april 12 2022 and They recieved my RFE"R April26 2022 and still no news ,How come they start may and june without finishing all the april filers , How long it take to respond for RFE ,This is very stressfull long wait .
