      I went with Chris at PIC Law, highly recommend and he’s familiar with Montreal’s delays. I don’t think you can finance directly through the law firm, I might be wrong you can ask.

      No, I haven’t got time to call or email USCIS to ask them about it. Are you having the same problem?

      Yeah, NMN shows up on my USCIS portal even though I have a middle name. Worried it’ll go on my green card when it prints.

      Yeah, I’m thinking it’s a bug and I want to believe that they know about it and discard it. But you just never know.

      No, I am currently working with a lawyer to file a lawsuit against the embassy.

    Hey, how long between DS 5535 submission to Montreal and issued for you guys?

      It took about 4 months total… but they had to ask for our the paperwork a second time. I’m pretty sure they lost the first copy. If you need to send it in, request that they email you a confirmation of receiving it. 
       

      Most likely would have taken about 2 less months if they had not lost it. *this was pre-COVID. Not sure about time differences now.
