  1. Remember that you not only need to submit your tax transcripts but other forms too, the complete list is the following: Tax Return with form 1040 Tax Return Transcript Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement Employment letter (optional) Last four (4) months pay-stubs (optional) You can download the first 3 from the IRS website. In case this is useful for someone else, the complete items for the Affidavit of Support section of the AOS should look like this to don't let them have any doubts about your case: Form I-864 (Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA) Tax Return with form 1040 Tax Return Transcript Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement Employment letter Last four (4) months pay-stubs Biographic page of passport of the petitioner Copy of birth certificate of the petitioner
  2. Updating this, I received my EAD card on Jan 7th. This is such a relief.
  3. If you don't have anything to loose you could give it a try, in this forum some people commented their experiences in different cities across the country. Maybe helps, but don't let your appointment pass as it could take months to have it re-scheduled. Also, they are not going to let other people apart of you to assist to your appointment.
  4. My NOA1s took a bit more than the rest of the people because I sent my case to a USCIS Processing Center (Nebraska) instead of a lockbox. When I called them asking if everything was ok they told me that it can pass up to 30 days for them to process the application packages, and 15 days for a lockbox. Hopefully you will have news soon! Also, I sent mine during Thanksgiving. So that could also made things slower, I don't know.
  5. I was able to do this and now I see my package! It'll be arriving next Monday. Thanks
  6. Crossing my fingers for us! Never thought I would get so lucky with this timeline.
  7. On myUSCIS my card changed status to "Card Was Produced" today. Does this mean I'm going to receive it soon?
  8. Hello everyone, I got my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) approved too a day after my biometrics were taken. I am located in Los Angeles, California. This is my timeline: 12/02/2022: USCIS texted me the NOA1 receipt for combo application received 12/05/2022: NOA1 received in my mailbox (of the three forms) 12/10/2022: Biometrics appointment scheduled 12/29/2022: Biometrics taken 12/30/2022: EAD case approval issued by USCIS Seems December is a game changer for USCIS! I hope they keep up with this timelines so that everyone can get their case approved faster.
  9. Hey! Question, what did you write in the email you sent to NVC? It was sent in the public inquiry thing or via an actual email address?

  14. Got it! Thank you so much for the explanation! Mine then is 84000, how can I verify how the cases of my group move? I see per updates from before today that other users did in this threat that my group is not being worked that much yet.
  15. Hey sorry if this is a simple question, I'm trying to understand how y'all correlate information about your cases. How do you know which group is your group? I got my NOA1 in May 07, so I'm also waiting.
