Do you have a ceac account? If so you can click add document and upload it. Also I believe you can send them it through email.

Hello Unfortunately no, it’s been 8 months since I sent the DS-5535 to the embassy and still no updates. DS-5535 average time process is between 2 weeks and 8+months. Good luck to your husband.
Thank you. You could hire a lawyer to Writ of Mandamus it’s a court order where they have to give you an answer in 60 days. Only thing I believe it’s costly

1. They failed to mark an "X" in any place.
2. They probably want a DS-5535.
3. An I-134 is not applicable for CR-1/IR-1 cases. Both the primary sponsor and joint sponsors must submit an I-864.
Hello. So I finally submitted everything and they received all paper work. I want to know what they mean by this.
Thank you for your email. The U.S. Embassy in Beirut confirms that we have received your documents. However, your case is still undergoing internal processing. Once your documents have been assessed we will be in touch regarding next steps.
internal processing? Does that mean like administrative processing?

my husband had his interview today and he received this paper. Anyone have any info if they had good experience after this and if they got accepted. Also my father filled out a I-864 so not sure why they want a I-134 I’m reading about it and it’s for non immigrant visa so I’m very confused. Medical examination was submitted before but they did not receive it in their system yet the rest I have to file and submit.

Hello, my husband’s interview tomorrow and everything is prepared. Just like some information on those who had an interview what questions they ask. I have a good feeling but just want him to be more prepared.

I recommend that you have a joint sponsor lined up and only upload his information to CEAC once you get the interview letter.
Thank you!

It was probably close to the poverty level? Either way, it’s up to the consular officer at the interview now.
So do you recommend me getting another joint sponsor it says in the email to avoid delays an additional AOS may be submitted.
-
No he did not just his yearly income.

No, it’s not an error. You’re still DQ, they’re just saying that it’s up to the CO to accept your I-864. It seems you have used assets or current income to qualify?
My father is a joint sponsor. This is what it says. But the thing is when I go to the website for sponsors my fathers income is above the poverty level.

Day before yesterday I received an update that everything was documentarily qualified. I went to my inbox on NVC and received a Case FE review note stating
This case does not meet the minimum income reauirement to sponsor the intending immiarants.
When I go inside the account everything is accepted and also received an email stating they will be working with the embassy for an interview for my husband. So could this be an error on their end? Why would they accept the sponsor if they did not meet the requirements. Has this happened to anyone else. Thank you

A couple months ago I received a RFE and I submitted it and then after received a NOID. Just received an update today. What do you think it is. I’ve already sent in a RFE and also NOID all the paper work they needed. Now not sure what else they may need. Could it be a denial or even a approval?
On May 22, 2022, we began reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by June 5, 2022, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
I received another update now. Hoping it will be approved now. It seems it was a glitch and they changed it today. 🙏
As of May 24, 2022, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

You will have to wait for the NOID.
Hopefully, it is an error on their part.
From what you've written there are no red flags.
You might have to start again though. And file another I-130. Maybe request expedite due to USCIS error.
When you receive the notice I would post it (with identifying information redacted).
We can help you figure out if it is denial due to USCIS error, slow mail, or maybe something you forgot to submit...
Once they have posted the document on my USCIS account I will share what it says. Thanks for all your help.

Did you get notification the I-130A was delivered?
Did you submit the requested documentation with the NOA1 and RFE letter?
We just sent some mail to the US a few weeks ago and it took 3 weeks to get delivered.
There is a chance they haven't linked up your response to your case yet...
I know another member received an RFE on their I-130 application and they uploaded their documents (no mail).
They did not receive a response to RFE (approval) for 3 months.
NOID might be for another reason... where did you get married? What type of marriage certificate do you have?
It might be your marriage isn't valid for US immigration purposes...
I did submit everything together and doubled checked to make sure. We got married in Lebanon in 2009 now with 2 kids we have a certified marriage certificate. . My whole family still lives. In the states also.

Best to wait for the actual Notice and address it specific to the points it raises.
Do post here once you get it and you will get plenty of guidance and/or opinions. It helps as you DIY
Please be careful believing everything you read , such as claims that “ NOIDS are required by law…”, which are simply not true , they are purely DISCRETIONARY
https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-e-chapter-6
And in the not too distant past of the Dark Age of Previous Presidential Proclamations , there was a period where USCIS was mandated to deny ( WITHOUT RFE) any apps not properly filed at initial stage….so just wait for the notice and post specific questions as it relates to it.
Any request for evidence from USCIS that is not responded to is a guaranteed denial and any request from them is an opportunity to fix issues.
You indicate you are the USC and currently living in Lebanon w your spouse and children for over 10 years. Be mindful you will need to establish domicile in the US if you cannot prove intent to establish domicile.
I would also recommend you set up a USCIS account, as there is more access to case information .
Thank you so much! I do have a USCIS account and waiting for the document to be posted. Appreciate your help and information.

Maybe reading what attorney Hacking says about NOID could help
he is a lawyer often recommended here on VJ
https://hackinglawpractice.com/lets-talk-about-noids/
Like i said i did my own appeal and won but i ended up reappling on top as that was what the immigration court said i could do
and it took longer to appeal than just to reapply and fight the issues in a new petition
Thank you!

Yes, if u did not provide the actual REAL proofs to overturn the issues the CO had
They requested for me to fix I-130a correctly that was what the NOID was. I did that and resubmitted. Then received this message after 60 days.
