  1. Got the EAD card today!!! 🙏 It's delivered via USPS Priority Mail, took 3 business days.
  2. Best luck to you as well! I just asked emma and got the tracking number for my EAD card, seems like it got created today and has not been picked up by USPS yet.
  3. will do! I keep it all updated on my timeline. My 765 status changed to Card Was Produced on Nov 9th. Hope I can see the card in mail this week, so I can go to DMV and get my DL renewed and get a Real ID
  4. interesting…i didn’t know k1 examination included 693. If that’s the case, then I think it’s fine. Personal experience: i found a doctor, did some blood tests for antibody, got pfizer covid vaccine and flu shot (doctor told me the covid vaccine I got from China is not recognized by USCIS…)
  5. DS3025 is for K1 visa medical examination before entering US, I-693 form is for AOS after entering US, which means you need to find a doctor (on USCIS website) in US to complete this form for you. It’s more safe (avoid RFE) to submit 693 with AOS, but like I said, submitting 3025 could just be enough. You don’t have to include 693 if you already gave them 3025. Just personal preference, I like to play safe…. See details https://www.uscis.gov/i-693
  6. That’s the form you received after you get your medical examination for your visa before entering US. If you don’t have it, you need to bring every vaccination records you have and go find a USCIS designated doctor that can do I-693 form for you. fyi: I did not include DS-3025 (although i had one) but I-693 form for my AOS package. As far as i know, 3025 is not necessary for AOS but 693 is much more required for immigration purposes. Some people submit 3025 but still got RFE for missing 693.
  7. Yes, it's different. The notice type is called "USCIS Account Access Notice".
  8. maybe you should try your luck to walk-in at your ASC perhaps.... I was successfully walk-in and got it done on 11/2 instead of 11/16 at SF early in the morning. I knew my ASC accept walk-in, because I did the same thing for my F1 OPT EAD bio appt at the same place in 2017😂
  9. I heard you need to go to the SSN place to update and remove that after receiving green card.
  10. Finally i got the chance to have a live chat via emma today and got updates on: My I-485 interview was marked as waived on 10/27/2023 and my case is still with NBC (not with a field office as I wish) My EAD card is in production (although not updated on case status) fyi: I received my NOAs of 485+765 and bio appt letters in mail yesterday…..still missing 131 NOA
  11. oh well...seems like my I-765 got approval today. Saw a document named "I-765 C09 Standalone Approval" in my account, downloaded and found out they gave me a 5-year EAD, expiration date is 11/01/2028.
  12. Yes, they are the same numbers on NOAs. You need the I-485 online access code to add these cases to your USCIS account. Time varies....for you reference, I got the code in mail 5 days after receiving text messages. Once you add the I-485 with code to your account, your I-765 and I-131 will show up too, because they are concurrent filing.
  13. interesting….my i765 estimated time says 2 weeks??? i131 says 2 months…anyway i never trust uscis time estimate (learned from k1)😂😂😂
  14. yes i did it at SF! saved me 2 weeks…although i have not received the letter in mail yet, I printed out the documents online and brought it in along with my passport.
  15. walk-in at SF Application Support Center and got my fingerprints done in 5 mins lol…fyi not all offices can do walk-in, I know SF can because I did it before. Now, case updated being actively reviewed!
  16. I added my husband’s tax transcript just to be sure. Also I-693 included in AOS package, just to avoid RFE related to vaccinations and health examination. Saw some cases that even included ds3025 and they still asking this form particularly. BTW, I got my online access code in mail today!!😄 And the biometrics appt date shown in online account ‘Document’ is Nov 16.
  17. Congrats!!! I just connected to a live chat via emma, and the agent told me the code for my case has not been generated yet.... I'm curious how long does it take for you guys to receive the online access code letter, and the bio appt letter in mail from NOA1 text receipts received?? I haven't got any letters in mail yet, only receipt number via text and bio appt scheduled updates via case tracker, still unclear about the date, hope they can send these via email instead of post mail....Would be much faster for us to keep track and be prepared.
  18. mine's also turned into bio appt scheduled yesterday!!! will check my mailbox next week (different than residential address), hope there are noas+online access code+bio appt letters all waiting for me....(figure crossed)
  19. Heyyyy!! another face I remember😁 Yes, i believe they will send an email to you regarding the code, but if you haven't received it for too long, maybe ask Emma??
  20. oh yay!!! good to see you again @mw & rg k1, and seems like we ended up to be in the same month (former i129f dec filers) again lol we just submitted our AOS package (along with i765 and i131) to Chicago USCIS Lockbox on 10/21/2023 via UPS, and got it delivered on 10/24/2023. Waiting on the receipt.....
  21. I can totally relate...here is what i've been through: NOA2: 02/09/2023 1st Inquiry 02/28/2023: Negative (via AskNVC: not yet received) 2nd Inquiry 03/13/2023: Negative (via AskNVC: not yet received, and told me to send copy of NOA2 notice to NVCResearch to look into) 3rd Inquiry 03/16/2023: Case Received (via NVCResearch: received, but not giving me any info) 4th Inquiry 03/17/2023:Case Number Assigned (via AskNVC: send a screenshot of NVCResearch email saying received and AskNVC replied with case number, plus Invoice ID and beneficiary ID) FYI: on 03/23/2023, my fiance got an K1-FTP email from NVC regarding sending our case to the embassy. I sent the 1st inquiry to also include my (beneficiary) email for future notifications, but still....I didn't get anything, it's a frustrating government work overall My advice would be keep sending public inquiry (better on an weekly basis) after waiting time passes 30 days!
  22. OK....I found this online. https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/K1/RGA_Riga.pdf
  23. Thanks for the advice!! I might just call the consulate to confirm it, because it's hard for me to get my fingerprints for CORI when outside of US and I wish I would not have to deal with that.... The reason why country A needs police record from country B/C/D is because A can't get access to their police database....it just doesn't make sense to me that country A's government is asking police record from its own lol
