In my case my husband wasn’t allowed to go in with me, he had to wait outside. Oh congrats on the passed interview, I’ve just seen that. But to answer your question about the CEAC site, I had my interview on June 10 (Friday) and after my interview the status changed to “Administrative Processing” and after a few hours to “Issued”. Got an email on June 13 that my visa was shipped and got my visa on June 14! 🙂

Hello everyone! I paid my immigration fee online on June 29, 2022 and I arrived in the US on June 30, 2022. I haven’t received my SSN card yet. I have a number due to another stay in the US but I chose the option to get a new card delivered on my DS-260. I think thats kind of a long time after reading the comments here. Any suggestion on what to do in that case? I appreciate it! 😊

I don’t know an answer but you can send them an email, they’re pretty fast at replying. I had issues to print the confirmation page of the delivering address since I’ve had a non-immigrant visa in the past, so it hasn’t updated my DS-260 confirmation number and they helped within the same day (a few hours). And thanks again for the help to leading me through that process! Frnuscisinquiries@state.gov I’m having my medical tomorrow, there was a last minute spot open even though I don’t have an interview confirmation yet since I haven’t scheduled one, but I thought I might be prepared. I haven’t. I think you can just be honest and fill in the date you want to travel or when you’re about to leave back to the States. Or if you don’t know yet maybe fill it out with “unknown”.

Do you remember if you sent a proof of delivery address confirmation page with packet 3?

Where do I find that copy of that address registration confirmation page? I want to choose the pick up method anyways. Did you print the mail and marked that you want the visa delivered or that you’re going to pick it up or is that a separate thing to do?

Have you sent the DS-260 confirmation page with your packet 3? And the fees are only paid on the day of the interview, right?

There’s nothing like clerk or assistant available. There’s just like bigger option as “business”, “agriculture” or “government” etc., so I don’t think anything fits to that. And if you choose “other” you can fill out a description about it. It’s just a regular job. Also, there’s no space to write down an employment history.

Hello everyone! 😊 I am a bit confused about the DS-260 and the question about my primary occupation. I’m working in an office in full time currently, nothing special. There’s a list full of occupations and I just chose “others”, is that correct? Also, I was wondering, if I don’t have to provide any previous jobs from the last years? And then there’s another question about what I want to work as in the US, and I again chose “Others” and wrote down “Office job/Administration job”, is that alright? Thank you so much 😊

Thank you so much. Yes, he’s been living here since 2019, we sent his military orders with the I-130s. So I’ll put our German address in there as well. We got out I-130 approved today and that’s why I prepared the DS-260 today, the consulate sent us an email. And we’re collecting the rest of the documents to send to the consulate as well. Could I go to the medical examination even though I don’t have an interview appointment yet? Because I’ve seen that sometimes slots are opening up spontaneously. For something like next week. Hey! I have a question about the DS-260. My petitioner is for sure my husband, he’s currently stationed in Germany with the military, but only until the end of June. So they’re asking for his address in the DS-260, do you put in your address from Germany or the US?

Can't she travel with her SOFA card? Could you keep me updated on that? That would be very nice and I would very much appreciate that. We have a baby on the way and it seems impossible for me to join my husband when there are appointments available only in August. 😅 He's about to leave at the end of June.

I contacted the medical in Hamburg and they told me that they're not offering the medical examiniation at the moment. Berlin told me they have appointments available in the middle of August. But I've also contacted a doctors office in Vienna and they had an appointment available the next week, but I'm also not sure if this only applies to Ukrainian citizens at the moment due to the circumstances. Okay, thank you! I was wondering the same. In the email it says we have to provide one original and one copy of the marriage certificate, I guess my husband and I will just send it once again since they're asking for it. But I'm not sure about the divorce papers, my husband is divorced and hes the petitioner, so I don't know whether or not we have to send his divorce papers in there as well.

Congrats! Same for me this morning. Do you know if it only applies to Ukrainian citizens to schedule their medical exam in another doctors office in Europe? Because still, the waiting time for an appointment in Germany is insanely long. Also, we have to fill out the DS-260 and send the required documents and after they approved those we can schedule an appointment for an interview, right? 🙂

What did you type in there? Did you already have a specific travel date?

Have you filled that out? We just got the instructions of packet 3, but I don’t have an intended travel date yet because I don’t know how long the whole process takes.

The picture I added shows a line where I have to fill out my intended travel date. But I don’t know that yet, I mean as soon as my visa gets approved of course? What did you guys fill out there? Also, we got an email that said to fill out the DS-260, that’s what I’m doing right now, right? And after they approved my packet 3 I can schedule an appointment? Hello, unfortunately I cannot answer that question because I still haven’t heard back from the consulate after submitting our I-130s. It’s been two weeks today. But I think usually there should be appointments showing up on the website because in a Facebook group that I’m joining a lady from Ukraine said she has her appointment next week in Frankfurt and there were several slots available to pick from. I hope you’ll get an answer for that soon or can schedule your appointment asap.
