PD 09/2014, DQ 04/2022 Rio de Janeiro. Does it make sense to opt-in to F1 after my mother’s naturalization or should I opt-out and stay in F2B? Does it make any difference in terms of having the interview scheduled at this point if I’m in either category since they’re both current?

It is, I got delayed at least a year by the mistakes my attorney made when submitting some information which the NVC requested (after months of it being submitted) to be resubmitted and then many other months until being DQ’d

I reached 8 years back in September, my priority date is September 2014, have been documentarily qualified since April, 2022 and still no interview.

Hello, I've been dq'd since April 12, 2022 and my priority date is September 26, 2014. Anyone has any guess on when I should expect my interview? I'm from Brazil.
