    We submitted on December 19th so about 3months to the date. I don’t think it ever went to our local office in Florida

    So update! My husband EAD was approved on the 9th and we received it in the mail on the 10th. Unfortunately his middle name was wrong on it so we had to send it back and have been waiting for them to send it back. When this morning his I-485 was approved 🤩🎉 so we are hoping they just send that 😂😂😂 with correct name of course.

    We had no updates after they received our RFE for awhile and we are just now getting information about our biometrics

    We finally got our biometrics assigned we are waiting for the letter in the mail 😓 Hoping they just give my husband his green card so he can start working. He is getting anxious being at home

    It will be a month tomorrow since we received our NOA1s and we have not gotten our biometrics scheduled, should we reach out to them and if so how? Could the RFE for our I-485 be the delay for the biometrics?

    I know!!! I will upload the recent tax transcript and hopefully they are understanding. I hope this is the reason they are delaying our biometrics

    I hope they are not wanting this years taxes I haven’t even gotten that yet. it seems they do cause they want December 2022 😡

    Website updated requested an RFE for most recent tax transcript or tax return😒 after I sent them 3yrs worth

    I get ads on websites but this was mailed to our new address us in which the only place that had that information was the files we sent into USCIS

    Received an advert from a lawyer that said they got my information from Lawplus. Can the USCIS sell our information or is it public for anyone to see? Me and my fiancé didn’t put our information anywhere except when filing

    We filed December 22 and we are still awaiting for the biometrics appointment. Praying it moves fast like everyone else on the forum (bio appointment one month after filing, EAD immediately after 🤞🏾)

    When you receive your NOAs they have the case numbers that’s start with IOE

    Thanks for posting this link, because my husband signed up for the USCIS account over a year ago and he never got any access code and we had no idea we would need one until this forum🤦🏽‍♀️😂

    Thank you all, now I know how to advise others about it, since we already sent our packet we will just wait for the unrestricted SSN to be sent along with the EAD

    I read on the SSN website that you had to have your EAD or a written reason for a SSN. Should we apply for it or wait for it to come with the EAD

    Someone advised me they applied for their SSN right after the wedding and said they told him it would arrive within two weeks. Has anyone else done this?

    Did you have probelm at the port of entry? I ask as my last name is spelled incorrectly as the petitioner

    Just an update, our Interview went great you can see my timeline for details and the visa was approved. Checking the ceac website and it took several days for us for it to change to approved whereas another person who interviewed the same day and had issues with her documents was changed immediately. So the 19th was the interview, the 26th it changed to approved and then the 28th it changed to issued and we received an email from dhl advising us of the tracking#
