  4. Mainly just the I-134 (fiance from USA) filled out and signed. He / She will need tax returns for 2021 (ideally last 3 years) and a few months pay stubs as proof of financial support. You (non USA) will bring these and a bunch of other documents to your interview.
  5. Yeah not sure really. There is about an equal number of Untouched vs RFERs (150~). They seem to prioritize the later... New cases do get processed but only like 2 or 3 each day.

Sounds like they couldn't deliver a response mail to the recipient
  8. I got an email. I didn't get the email until the case finished processing at NVC and was sent to the embassy. It took about 40 days.

  10. It was just a 1 page I797C form. It does contain your fiance's alien registration number which you will need when filling out the DS-160 form later on.
  11. In progress just means the case processed before and wasn't untouched (Case Received). It's to differentiate whether the USCIS is processing new cases rather existing cases. April is mostly existing (in progress) cases now. There are quite a few cases open for 79500 group:

  17. USCIS usually starts shifting to the next month when they "processed" about 70% of the month's untouched cases from what I noticed. Like for March there are still 68 untouched cases. 3 new (untouched) March fliers were just approved last Thursday so they eventually do get processed. As for why these cases are still untouched, I don't know either without more transparency from USCIS or from people who are unfortunately still waiting. I feel like sometimes it's just bad luck and that's scary.

  22. You might want to check this thread: It took me about 40 days to receive an email from NVC. I think it might vary depending on your consulate but not totally sure about that...
  23. Unfortunately, I feel like they don't really go in order so you are at the whim of USCIS. Here are the remaining stats for 72000 and 72500 groups: 72000: 4 Untouched, 151 Approvals, 10 RFESs, 14 RFERs 72500: 5 Untouched, 111 Approvals, 9 RFESs, 4 RFERs
