Don't do that.  Your trip will just be wasted.  You won't be able to talk to a consul officer at all.  If your medical is not completed, you will not even be able to get past the document screening.  The embassy staff will turn you away and tell you to book a new interview schedule.

OK, thank you for the warning - I will keep contacting them and postponing until they issue the health case number then.

  2. Thank you - I will check facebook's experiences.

I have contacted the embassy via their hotline and email regularly for the past 3 months but all they do is postpone the interview due to missing health case number but never actually issue the number.

I am thinking of attending the interview without the new medical even though I live far from Manila in the hope that the interviewing officer will fix this.

  3. Did you get this resolved? I am in the same boat... St Luke's refuses to schedule an appointment stating that repeat medical require a health case number from the Embassy. I have been requesting this number from the Embassy since december 2021 to no avail.

If I try to schedule as if it is a new medical examination, St Luke's system flags me as having done a previous exam and requires this health case number to proceed.

  4. I have to undergo another medical examination however St Luke's refuses to schedule an appointment stating that repeat medical require a health case number from the Embassy. I have been requesting this number from the Embassy since december 2021 to no avail and keep postponing interviews.

Any suggestion on what to do?
