    I have to undergo another medical examination however St Luke's refuses to schedule an appointment stating that repeat medical require a health case number from the Embassy. I have been requesting this number from the Embassy since december 2021 to no avail and keep postponing interviews. If I try to schedule as if it is a new medical examination, St Luke's system flags me as having done a previous exam and requires this health case number to proceed. Any suggestion on what to do?
