OMGGGG....I saw your date is 12/23 which got approval, and mine is 12/17. So I just did a random check, and found out I also got approval on Feb 9?!!!! After 419 days of waiting...What a start of my day 💗

Interesting Development this weekend ...
Nov 30, 2021 has seen an RFE issued
Nov 30, 2021 had anouther case status I had not trapped on before   
     "Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed" (image attached)
 
What does this mean for Dec filers?  Well, they opened two cases in the same week as Dec 1-3
That suggests the leading edge of cases will open further into this week between M-F
Though, If the last week was any indication it would also suggest that it focuses on Nov 29-30 for nearly all of it
So "Maybe" by the end of the week we see Dec cases actually starting in small volume ... 
if not, then the week after for sure.

fyi: filed i129f in 2020 and it was denied since I had no photos (for some reason I had no photos at all with him yet we studied preschool and elementary together, -I wish Uscis knew that some people have no photos together especially Africa or 3rd world countries, we never had phones while growing up. Anyway it was resolved) they requested evidence but sent in letters from friends, family etc and it was denied. Resubmitted again for same person with 50 photos that I took when I went for the trip and thus ended up getting pregnant and my baby girl is 7 months on Monday Jan 23rd 2023.  It’s been hard but am happy my mum and bro are helping me. Been off work ever since she was born, resigned from my previous job since they couldn’t add me more months after the 3 months FMLA. Will start a new job in late February. God willing my fiancé comes quickly but at this moment it’s a waiting game as everyone. Good luck to everyone. 

Thanks for tracking this down Gary ... will put a few stray bumps in my burndown graphs but will try to figure a way to filter this out.
 
I have heard from my Fiancée that someone she knows was able to get through the CR-1 process faster in Brazil.  Such a shame that this process is going so wickedly slow.   
 
Hopefully weeka away from seeing real december filings getting processed (fingers crossed)

USCIS Has finally released its 2022 Q4 Data of all forms processed.

The unfortunate trend continues where K1 Visa's are adding 1000's to the backlog quarter after quarter ... Unfortunate for new filers 
Hopefully December (my month) will start processing early in 2023.
